A year ago I wanted to do a floor plan with furniture in a bedroom. I wanted something very simple and easy to use. I looked at several online websites and ended up using Visual Paradigm. It was easy and I created a very nice plan showing where all the furniture might go.
With that project finished happily, I never used Visual Paradigm again and forgot I had signed up for automatic renewal of the paid version.
Today I received an email from Visual Paradigm reminding me my credit card would be charged in a week and giving me detailed instructions on how to cancel the renewal!
The instructions were very easy to follow and I canceled the automatic renewal.
Now I am even more happy with Visual Paradigm!
That's a quality product and a company with integrity.
I know that some state laws require such notices, but still, Visual Paradigm's email was perfect.
