Fake company... stay away and save your money.
I hired this company to do some logo design, website design& website hosting.
At the beginning, they did some work on the logo, and after moving to work on the website development, they start to lag behind and eventually stopped responding completely.
Very bad company and totally fake!!

Website USED to say "100% Original. 100% Copyright Ownership. 100% Money Back Guarantee." Wonder why it doesn't anymore? Because they can't deliver on those promises. Read below.

I hired this company on 11/24/20 to design a logo for my new Twitch streaming channel. I outlined requirements in the initial writeup. They delivered logos on 11/27/20 and they were downright terrible. I mentioned in my writeup that I wanted custom artwork that resembled Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. They used LICENSED ARTWORK of Lara Croft in almost all logos delivered. How can I have 100% Copyright Ownership if I don't even own the art included in the logo? The rest of the logos were over-glorified Microsoft Word Art. They was absolutely nothing creative or original (100% original) about these logos. In addition, they didn't even stick to my color scheme requests in my initial writeup.

They provided a few more logos, none of which fit my requirements.
They offered a new logo which they clearly made for another client, it still had their client business name on it. They couldn't even be bothered to update it with my business name.

I voiced my displeasure and my account manager Jake said "Give us another chance. Resend us your requirements and we will send another batch of logos for you. Include logos that you like from other businesses." I did this... he then went silent for almost a MONTH. When he returned, the single logo provided had a photo of ANOTHER STREAMER in it. It wasn't even me!! They literally cut out the person in one of the photos I sent, threw a filter on it, and called it a logo.

I messaged my frustration and desire to end the contract. No response.

I reached out of the website and have the entire chat transcript. They said the contract was fulfilled because I received a final logo, citing a message where I said I "maybe wanted to move forward" with a logo. I proved I did not because there were no files transferred and I only ever received mockups. In addition, the project conversation continued after that previously cited message where we discussed a logo redo.

In this customer service chat, I stated their guarantees from the website.
Visitor: Your website says "100% Original. 100% Copyright Ownership. 100% Money Back Guarantee." and NONE of these things were met in my time with your team.
Visitor: I do not have copyright ownership if the logo incorporates licensed artwork...
Richard Parker: You don't have to mention that. I know all of this and this is why I am trying to come to an agreement with you.
Visitor: Then I would like my 100% Money Back Guarantee.
Visitor: And I'd like more than anything to be done.
Richard Parker: Okay
Richard Parker: I will get the $149 refunded back to you.

It has been THREE WEEKS of being promised a refund and I still have not received it. They've changed their website to no longer offer those guarantees. Two of the three phone numbers listed are not active. They do not answer support messages. They do not have chat live anymore.

This is a major issue that a company claims to offer services and does not deliver, but does not provide a refund.

Joe at Visual Design was great! He always made time to have a conversation within the same day we contacted him. We discussed our ideas and the designers made our ideas come to life. They were prompt and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone looking for quick, great, affordable design!

I would like to thank Ryan for being an Awsome Consultant and for being patient with me thru some challenging times. Sometimes even when you dont know it, what is the key is thriving to help others all the way. This is something you have done. Even if you think its not noticeable to others, some Customers like me see and realized it. Even thou I followed up with you a month later, thats because of your committment and wanting to help people like me. Thanks again for all you have done.

Jake helped me out greatly. Very nice and genuine guy and was always on top of my project. He always got what I wanted forwarded to the designers in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Jake for any project!

I started with VD back in the summer of 2020 originally for a logo. It turned to a full blown website with streaming functionality. Jake at VD has been my lifeline during this entire process. Covid has caused problems worldwide and through this he was there guiding me through the entire process. If I needed things added or changed. It was done either the same day or the next.
I would highly recommend using this company for your web, or brand logo needs.
I will be using them in the future no doubts about that.

When I contacted Visual Design and bought a website creation from them, I did not know what to expect. I worked with Joe Morgan since the beginning of December and the experience was pleasant. Joe was very courteous, showed great knowledge of the business, walked me through the details of the website. At times, I was impatient but Joe did not show any frustration.

At the end of the day, Visual Design created a super and exotic website for me. I am so delighted and very pleased with Joe and his team.

Against my better judgment, eagerness, and excitement to start my business I made a really big mistake...not doing more research. Without going into detail. Let's just say that unless you've worked with this company in the past and was pleased with their work...YOU CAN DO BETTER.
However, I do give credit for the great web design.

I'm very pleased with my design. It took a total of 3 days to complete (I had a few edits) but they worked on the designs right away. I will be using this company again

Doing business with Visual Designs was a walk in the park. The responses were always timely and the effort they put in exceeded my expectations. Jake was awesome!
