When ordering, told the product would be available in 1-2 weeks and then shipped.
Then another spot on their site said 2-3 weeks.
Then they sent an email confirming the order, which again said 1-2 weeks, but even the 3 week timeframe appears to have been optimistic. It is well past 3 weeks and the order still shows on their site as "unfulfilled" - I have sent several emails asking about the order and they have all been ignored.
If you are able, I suggest you locate a better vendor.

Ive been trying to get a hold of this company for a few months now about ordering a custom sharkfin antenna for my vehicle since they dont make one for my vehicle so was hoping they would be able to make one for me and got zero response not a single email ive even check over my spam folder hoping they would have contacted me back after ive filled out about 3 contact forms and sent 2 emails but nope they have never responded

Buyer Beware This Company Support is Extemerly Poor Basically No-Exsistent At This Point Seeing As They Failed To Reach Out To A Potential Customer

It took a few weeks to get any initial feedback. then I got an email saying the item was shipped, and a tracking number. Three weeks later, nothing arrived, I checked the tracking number and the package is still in.... pre-shipment state.

Bought a shark fin antenna for my Jeep Compass. Looked amazing when iniially fitted. However, after a few weeks with the temps rising for Australian summer heat, the adhesive is giving way leaving a gap between the antenna and the Jeep roof. This was installed as per provided instructions so was surprised at this.

I let Visualgarage know and followed up a number of times to try and get a repalcement adhesive seal but no reply to any of my emails. Potentailly good product let down by very poor customer service.
