Highly Disappointed!!!@ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDER THE NALYA PERFUME AND ITS A FAKE!!!!

The first order was 'lost'. After I had a fit at them, they said they sent another one. Supposed to be Nyla perfume....I don't know what it is but definitely not Nyla....and it's crap! Cheap, nasty $2 shop stink 🤮

If I could do a lower rating that 1 star - I would. What a scam. Tracking and the customer support is absolutely a joke. Given the run around and told same thing in different ways when followed up on delivery. Asked for a credit and they send an email with advising credit of not even 10% of what I paid. Certainly going to report to the authorities.

This Company sells “knockoffs” their products aren’t authentic, it takes approximately 45 days to receive the knockoffs, I have asked for a refund & they offered me $4 & I paid $45.99 for the knockoff fragrance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a product at the first of April. I tracked it until it reached Jacksonville FL on May 15. It has remained there. I reached out several times asking for assistance, most recently on June 2 to say there still hasn’t been movement of my package. I asked for them to provide a legitimate answer regarding my package. The response I received was HORRIBLE!! I am almost 2 months out and they said “Please do not worry & kindly wait for its arrival.” No updates on feedback from the shipping company…if my package was lost or whatever.

The company is not in USA - its in china … 🇨🇳 shit company

SCAMMERS!!!!!! I ordered perfume 6 weeks ago, which I’m still waiting for. Contacted customer support and they blamed Trumps Tariffs for the delay! Apparently the parcel is in Murray Bridge SA, according to the tracker. They offered to send another one straight away, but when I asked for a refund and told them they were low-life scammers, they’re no longer responding! Funny about that 🤔

Ordered a gift back in early April, and it looks like I’m getting the same feedback as others. Same bs about Trump tariffs, lost product you name it. Total SCAM. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered perfume from them, it never arrived. When I enquired about the order, I was sent tracking info it was showing transit but when I pressed them on delivery, they sent a different company tracking info so it's not coming and I'm out 60.00. Don't be foolish, as I was.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a perfume ONLY Rihanna wears apparently and they've just been giving me the run around. There is no way because of Trumps traffics that it's being held up in Australia my home country.

Complete SCAM!!! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They sent FAKE tracking numbers for over a month. When I reached out to them, they sent another fake tracking number. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Ordered perfume April 18th they say it’s stuck at the border because of trumps tariffs. I’m usually really good about checking out scam company’s socks to be me 😡🤬

Still waiting for my order of perfume over a mth. This is a scam that take your money don’t buy anything. None stop adds then you buy & the adds stop humm interesting don’t waste your time and money

Waiting well over a month for a perfume order with no tracking info or when I am likely to receive it. I emailed their customer support and was told it was something to do with President Trump's Tarriff. If I wasn't so angry I would probably find it funny. I am now contacting my card issuer to report a fraudulent transaction and a scam.

I ordered perfume and paid over 70 dollars and was told I'd receive a email when my product would ship. I'm still waiting...April 30, 2025 is when I ordered.

Ordered a perfume, promised fast delivery, origin of company was not revealed anywhere, so was shocked to see my pkg was coming from Spain. I ordered it first week of April, AND STILL WAITING. I have emailed them weekly - I get the same response others are describing here - and am given bogus tracking numbers. Item I ordered was $32 and in the end I was charged $68
I have no idea if my pkg will arrive, and if it does, what the hell will be in the box.😳
Their website is slick and sucks a lot of people in. These thieves need to be SHUT DOWN! 😡

Waited forever for the package, had just about given up when it finally arrived. However product inside was DEFINITELY NOT what was advertised. Was advertised as 10 amazingly scented hair oils in a cute little plastic box. Received no box, little vials that are not flat bottomed and can stand, and may as well just be vegetable oil with food colouring. Nothing even has a scent, let alone "all so delicious you can't pick a favourite" as advertised!

Waiting over a month for my order - giving me 'updates' stating in transit. I have repeatedly asked for a refund - no response. They should not be so QUICK to take your money and so SLOW to resolve. I am 100 percent going to go after them on behalf of everyone they are trying to stiff!
