Excellent experience with Vita Interiors as a first-time customer. Quick respons to my inital questions. Then, two George Nelson Style Home Desks delivered to Norway in about three weeks. Excellent product quality and trouble free delivery by Schenker.

Everything went smoothly, dining table arrived on time, really well packed and it looked exactly like the picture online. Guy on the phone really helpful and organised quick delivery. Would recommend.

I ordered some AJ lighting this was with me in little over a week. I was given a one hour delivery slot and the delivery arrived on time. Efficient service, very impressed.

Good quality furniture at a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful service on the helpline and with delivery. The delivery time was quite long but it was expected and worth waiting for. Great experience overall.

I purchased a Le Corbusier LC4 over the phone with Colin and this was made effortless and left me well informed . I was made me at ease and withassisted with price ; delivery and service. Colin arranged delivery directly with me at my prescribed time of 7am; the driver was with me on time no waiting around and was with a smile. This is unheard of . Ill definatelty use Vita again and recommend them without reservation..

I ordered 6 Charles Eames Style DSW Chairs & Arco Lamp.

In general the customer service was fast and the delivery was fast too.
But from here things started to get a bit off course.

When the delivery arrived the marble from the lamp did not arrive.
The Shipping company are terrible denying any wrong doing only after a few minutes admitting that they had repacked the order and the marble is still with them. Once the marble did arrive i started to assemble the lamp only to realize the metal arc had bent parts. I contacted Vita and they said they would pay £40 compensation or re-deliver the part but after the whole drama with the shipping company i just took the £40.

The Dsw chairs for the most part were ok except for the molding there the legs connected to the seat, there was a problem with that where the some of the molds had not properly formed and you could see like crevasses. Also contacted them about that they said i need to sit on the chair for a few months if it breaks they will send a new one. The new problem i have noticed is that one of the corners of the marble on the lamp is crumbling :/ Overall not the best experience.

i decided to buy a reproduction of the eames la chaise. after looking around for companies that sell those i finally decided to buy it at vita interiors and it was a good decision! the chair is a perfect reproduction of the original, the quality is perfect. nothing to complain about!!!
it took several weeks until it arrived but it was worth waiting for it.
i really can recommend vita interiors.

In the past I was happy with this company and have ordered many things from them.
However my last order 735805 under the email previous order 727370 was with 2 badly made and 1 unusable items: 2 Chairs with different lengths in legs and a glass top table that the top is not secure or level- really the table is junk! Finally after several email with no answer I was sent an email to make photos of the problems etc... I made the photos and a vidio and sent to Vita I never received any response from Vita. I have sent several emails since and nothing! This is a company that has fallen into ripping off loyal customers! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Purchased recently a stool "Barcelona", during holiday break. Item was dispatched very efficiently on the day vita-interiors re-opened. The product is a reproduction of good quality.
Only pain point -- I did not pay much attention while ordering -- is that delivery in France uses Chronopost, and the bulky parcel was delivered at the local post office. Without the help of a charitable soul to transport the package from the post office to my place, it would have been very difficult indeed!

Knowledgable friendly advise. The furniture arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The shell chair looks amazing and my son loves his rocking chair and children's table!
I shall be ordering a chaise in the near future.

Reliable service for affordable quality products, thanks!

I just took delivery in Hamburg, Germany, of an Eames style Lobby Executive Chair, for use as an office chair behind the desk. I usually do not write product reviews, but on this occasion I have to make an exception. The quality of leather, haptics, look and function of the chair are all excellent. Time will tell if it will age as well as the originals but this is an excellent start at a good price. The quality is good at an absolute level, not just at the given price. Keep up the quality and keep these prices and Vita will remain our first choice furniture supplier.

Ordered some beautiful stools that were in stock. Monies taken that day out of my bank account. I expected a call the following day to arrange delivery but no contact. Telephoned 3 days after placing the order but was told that 'someone' will call me within the next 'couple' of days to arrange delivery. I did query why was my money taken when the items hadn't been dispatched but was told that was normal practice, I had read the terms and conditions before placing the order but no mention of monies taken out of bank account on order placement. Unfortunately they were unable to assist me as the person who deals with the deliveries wasn't there.

I shall hopefully have a positive update soon.

UPDATE: telephoned the company one week after placing the order. Delivery arranged for that Thursday. Delivery time notified within one hour. Stools arrived and are beautiful. Glad I ordered but be aware you might have to chase for delivery once you've paid.

Ordered through Vita as another supplier wasn't able to delivery the items until Christmas. Vita were able to deliver the next day, and cheaper.

Ordered the Noguchi reproduction round dining table and I am really delighted with the quality and looks of the product. When I phoned up to find out the delivery date the customer service was very helpful and even better what he promised happened. Delivery went without a hitch and the table was so well packaged that it would have survived anything. The delivery person was also really helpful - helped open the packaging to check that the table was not damaged in any way. I can only recommend this company

I've bought furnitures at Vita 2 times, and the quality is not to be mistaken! Awesome and beatiful are keywords..

On my second order, there where missing the feet of the chairs, and I wrote to complain. Within 30 min I received an answer stating that they had would be send the same day, and that they where very sorry.

Great customer service and 2 days later I had the feet. I will recommend Vita Interios anytime..

if you need a nice and high end finishing piece of furniture, deeply recommending Vita Interiors products....and its vary fast with delivery.

Everything was perfect:
- shipping to Belgium was really fast
- products were well nicely packed
- the products are as expected!

Don't hesitate to buy on Vita Interiors if you're interested in something they buy!

I like the simplicity of order and comfortable Price in Good condition and packed firmly, although transport is very expensive and time consuming i like to recommend vita interiors

Before ordering 6x the Wegner "The Chair" from Vita Interiors I went through a nightmare with another online supplier up to the point where I had to cancel the order (the lead time went from 1 week to 16+ weeks with my money gone from the date of order - and I still don't have it back...just check trustpilot for other reviews of websites with "interior" in its name).
Biased by this bad experience but still determined to get the chairs I searched for other online suppliers that would also deliver to Germany. I stumbled upon Vita Interiors and based on my previous experiences called them before clicking the order button. The gentleman on the other indicated that there were 67 pieces of the very same model in stock that I was looking for and they would dispatch the items 2 days after receiving and confirming my order. Said and done - it happened as promised and I had my first meal sitting on "The Chair" in Germany one week after ordering the goods. Thumbs up - also for the superior quality of the furniture! I would recommend this company any time! The only downside for people outside the UK might be that the website and correspondence is in English.
