We strongly disagree with the claims made in this review.

The product supplied is solvent-free and does not contain toluene or other harmful solvents. When the customer raised concerns, we immediately approved a return and provided a prepaid UPS shipping label, along with clear instructions for returning the item.

As of today, the return has not been completed and the parcel has not been dropped off with UPS. A full refund remains available upon receipt of the returned item.

We take product safety and customer concerns seriously and have acted in good faith throughout.

Hi David,

Its good to know that our efforts to source the very best ingredients are appreciated.

So often the focus is on the C60 and not on the oil. We make sure both of them are the best and have taken a great deal of care to partner with suppliers who are as passionate as us about the quality of the products they supply.

Many of the oils we use come from Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) regions as we know they are the very best.

Debbie, I have seen first hand what a difference it has made to your life and the confidence it has given you to wear dresses and skirts that you haven't felt able to for 30+ years. If someone met you for the first and looked at your hands they would never know you had psoriasis. You have said it before that "it was like a miracle" but I'm just so happy that you have seen such positive results.
