I love my Vitaclean shower head. The fragrance is intoxicating and it creates a ery nice spray of water. I feel like I'm at a spa. Their customer service is very responsive.

Had order 2-sets of refills for gifts for adult children. I did not sign up for auto renewal, I look under my email and it states no renewal. Was charge and sent more pads. Have sent 2 emails...no response!

The aromatherapy shot used to work years ago, but the last 3 apartments I’ve lived at, it stopped working. Very little scent if any is emitted from the shower head. I thought at first maybe I needed to order new scented shots, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I even tried microwaving them to liquify the ingredients per Vitaclean’s recommendation. It didn’t do anything. I will never order from them again as the whole motivation was to enjoy a shower with a pleasant scent, not just shower with filtered water. The scent was the whole selling point for me. I have no idea why the aroma no longer adequately disperses in the shower. I’ve made sure to correctly install the shower head each time. Vitaclean has offered no feasible solutions. I do not recommend this company at all.

I have been a customer for several years and only order a couple of times a year so I’m not sitting on all the inventory for the year…anyway I have not had any prior shipping issues to either addresses until now, nearly a month after ordering and nothing, no product, no shipping email alert but one paltry automated response to expedite and now crickets. Acting like charge backs aren’t a thing gets you charge backs. As someone who works in operations and logistics this is an unacceptable response. I will happily support the better company which is no longer Vitaclean.

If you are someone who have been searching for a at home spa experience or a better solution for your skin, you won't be disappointed with vitaclean's shower head! This exceeded my expectations from the water pressure, easy to mount and the shower experience over all! I noticed difference of the skin texture and my hair-wash. I normally sometimes feel the rubbery texture with hard water which does harm than good and this time it was smooth eliminating frizz. What I love most is the vitamin C scent overall! Never going back to hard water again!

I love my Vitaclean shower head. I have really hard well water and my skin and hair gets really dry and dull from it. The Vitaclean shower head though not only adds amazing spa-like scents from the vitamin C shot, but my skin and hair feel better! My hair is softer, my scalp is less itchy. My skin doesn't have the slimy feeling and it's not as dry. Plus the water pressure is amazing, even my kids made a comment about it.

I've been a Vitaclean customer for a long time, I had one of their shower heads in my old apartment. Everything was good- good product. I move into a new apartment so order a new shower head. Something is going on with their company because that delivery is severely delayed. Then I order a replacement for the vitamin c, again order delayed. They even send an auto-email out from their head of community apologizing for the delay every time you order something. I asked what's going on and they won't say, so if you're on the fence over which shower head to go with I would just go with another company. Somethings wrong over at Vitaclean.

Update- still delayed. I asked to just return the shower head as I haven't used it yet, and they just refunded me on the scent replacement. By them ignoring my request, I conveniently ended up past the 30 day return window. The reply I got on this review: it's one thing if you are having issues with a warehouse. This sort of thing is another.

Love this showhead filter! I have tried others & this is the best. Our town has RO water supply & that pulls metals out of the old pipes on the way thru. Dry, irritated skin & dry hair that would not go away no matter how many professional products I used. After using this I am finally able to have my good skin & hair back! The scent is slight but so good. I purchased on for my teen daughters shower as well.

High quality products with outstanding customer service! The showerhead set has saved my hair a great deal. I used many high quality hair vitamins and got no results.
After using Vitaclean showerhead with the Vitamin C, I noticed many benefits with my skin and hair. Huge decrease in hair loss and my skin and hair looks so much healthier.
I love the robe. It feels just right, not too thin or thick. I can wear it year round.

I like their shampoo so much. My scalp and hair feel cleansed and hydrated. I also like how it helps preventing the color to fade. It is Sulfates, Paraben and Silicone free.

I am obsessed! My water pressure increased, the water smells amazing from the vitamin c shot and my skin/hair are soft, hydrated and glowing. I wish I would’ve invested in this sooner!

I use Vitaclean for six years now and I can’t recommend it enough. I am a professional swimmer and expose myself to chlorine every day. Washing my hair with filtered water is crucial for me. I have highlights and they used to get brassy. Fortunately, since I switched to a Vitaclean shower head I don’t need to visit my hairdresser every two weeks. Rather I go to her every month and a half. Vitaclean is a game-changer for me and my blonde hair. I love it and the customer care team is the best!

Placed my order a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it (on their website it states delivery takes up to 7 days). I also contacted them and had no response. Very disappointing.

Vitaclean charged my credit card for my order, yet never sent my items. I contacted "customer service" (email or chat only, no option to call), and got a canned response about being overwhelmed with orders, etc. It has been 10 days since my card was charged, still no merchandise. I did cancel my subscription, but I am not able to remove my card tied to the subscription. Agree with the other reviewer, you cannot leave a review on their site, which tells me the reviews are fake, or self generated by the company. 100% a scam ---- I've contacted my credit card company about this and they are investigating. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

UPDATE:
After contacting customer service again (because I could not remove my payment method), Vitaclean responded stating that they received an influx of orders, ran out of Vitamin C shots, factories were on holiday, and customs experienced staff shortages. I was told that Vitaclean would be restocking next week. 3/5 stars for responding.....perhaps Vitaclean could consider updating their customers if there are shipping delays, or an item is out of stock. From a customer experience standpoint, not doing anything, with zero communication, isn't ideal. I challenge Vitaclean to consider updating their auto generated communication options, it should not take a review such as this, as well as a couple attempts to connect with customer service, to get the information that would have let the customer know that Vitaclean was experiencing issues. Being transparent and honest goes a long way!

Where to begin? I sent the product back and they stole my money. Don't do it. Product is terrible and the customer service even worse

I was excited to try the VitaClean but have had a horrible experience with the company.

Ordered a VitaClean 2 weeks ago. Followed up to see the status because the link provided by Vitaclean says order received and hasn’t been updated and UPS link says order received but they also never updated.

VitaClean Said I would have to go through Route Protection which was an added charge that I did not add to my cart and an outside company. VitaClean also blamed UPS for loosing the package when clearly VitaClean did not do their part and ship the package in the first place and asked me to send a screenshot of their response.

I have been given the run around from both companies and still do not have a resolution. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

When I first moved to London I had so many problems with my hair and skin. I lost a lot of hair due to the high amount of chlorine and limescale in the water. My skin was always dry and I ended up spending so much money on creams and oils. When I started using my Vitaclean showerhead I noticed my hair got stronger and my skin was always hydrated. )plus my bathroom didn't spell my chlorine! Oh and my shower glass barely has white limescale residue. I highly recommend this product !!
