Right from the outset Vita Cura were helpful and communicative. They took time to answer all my questions and were generous with their time and attention. They matched a live-in carer perfectly to my elderly frail aunt’s needs and their first week together has gone perfectly. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and would recommend Vita Cura, and Connor in particular, to guarantee the best possible care for your loved one in their own home…a big commitment of faith and trust for anyone!

I was in the position of needing care, some 2 years ago, for my mum as I couldn't cope anymore with her age related problems. I didnt want her to go to a home as it would have destroyed her. My Brother and I stumbled across Vita Cura quite by accident as we really had no clue what we were doing. What a great stumble to make. From Day 1 Connor has been understanding caring considerate and answers any questions in seconds. The Ladies he has sent have been excellent and any slight blips have been sorted promptly and with care for both myself and more importantly Mum. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend , Vita Cura have saved my life and helped Mum to stay at home

I have been a carer for 10 years and for the past 22 months I have been working for Vita Cura . Connor is a people’s person and demonstrates respect, integrity and professionalism to his carers and clients. He is not just concerned about the clients wellbeing but also that of his carers. He “reads” clients needs very well and in turn is able to “match” carers according to clients needs. I have a lovely bond with my client and her family and I’m grateful to Vita Cura for the great match. I’m so happy that I decided to join the Vita Cura Team.

I was introduced to Connor Eden and Vita Cura by one of my mother’s previous carers who had highly recommended them. In all their communications, they have excelled in providing a friendly, supportive, and empathetic service. They have been extremely professional in their provision of high quality and experienced carers who have enabled mum to remain at home. I cannot praise them enough. It has been a great relief to know that I can rely on them to organise my mother’s care and that the carers, who are all very compassionate, are selected to meet her unique needs.

Vita Cura “life care” has given my mother the care to lead an independent life in her own home and this can only be a positive for my family. I would like to say a very big “thank you” to Connor and Vita Cura.

I can’t recommend this family company highly enough. I first started for respite care after having a terrible experience of using a care home so I could get a break. From first making contact to having the carers has been a pleasure. We were matched with some different carers profiles who I could then have a face to face call with and chose the best fit. I started with it just being respite to now having a full time live in carer both ladies have become like family members. Being at home is so much better than a care home and it is cheaper! You’d be surprised. I have used the word care a lot but this company and these amazing people really CARE.

I’m a carer that works for Vita Cura and can honestly say I can recommend them 100%. I have dealt with Connor since I started with them a year and a half ago! Connor is very efficient. He’s got an amazing ability to read people and understands the client’s needs. He’s able to match the client with carer to ensure the client is comfortable on a physical and emotional level! Very helpful and attentive. Would recommend!

Vita Cura reached out to us yesterday to ask for a Trust Pilot review, without any hesitation I said, YES of course I will.

A friend recommended Vita Cura to us, she also had Vita Cura provide Live in care for a loved one and spoke about how great they were. We were not too sure about what to expect when we started looking for care for mum. Vita Cura made it so simple and easy. They took time to really understand us and mum, so that they could make sure they could organise someone that would fit in with, not only mum, but us the family too. We've had Sarah (our wonderful carer) with us know for 3 months, she's amazing with mum, they do trips out together, share meals, watch tv series together, laugh all the time, silly together. We even caught them singing together the other day. Sarah and Vita Cura have certainly exceeded all expectations. Sarah is part of the furniture, Vita Cura have been great from start to finish.

We are extremely grateful to Connor and Vita Cura, for providing us with excellent live in carers for our elderly mother, who is probably one of the most challenging clients that carers have to deal with.

The carers have all been compassionate and kind. Because of our mother's behavioural issues, our previous company felt that they could no longer help us. Fortunately, someone recommended Vita Cura and we have not looked back. Connor makes a great effort to provide suitable carers for each placement, and there is an opportunity to have a Zoom meeting, to ensure both parties are happy to proceed with the placement.

We are regularly kept informed of any potential changes or new carer placements, even at weekends. The carers also report back regularly to Connor and have seem to have excellent support from Vita Cura.

I have already passed on Vita Cura's details to other people who need live in support for an elderly relative.

It can be a very difficult and stressful time for families to look for live in carers for a relative; Connor has taken that stress and worry from us.

We cannot recommend Connor and Vita Cura highly enough for their excellent service.
