Absolut scam

Absolut scam!
I ordered a dress and quickly realised I made a mistake. I checked the policies and it says I can contact them within 24 hours to cancel the order. I wrote them an email within a few hours of my order however I only got a reply 3 days later saying that they will look into it. 7 days later no reply. I sent them an email but got only a reply within days that they checked and unfortunately they already started to process the order. 2 weeks later, the dress is still there and no updates. The customer service is absolutely bad, they do not follow their own policies and delivery timelines. The dress should have been here by now one week ago if everything was according to their web site. Avoid this seller

Do not lose your money

I receive a dress that was way too small for its stated size. As exchanges are not offered I applied for a refund and filled in the online application through their returns portal . To complete the process I HAD to enter a tracking number which I duly did after returning it (£30) via Royal Mail. I got a conformation email saying my return had been registered but would NOT be processed if you had chosen to send via Royal Mail. NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE RETURNS PORTAL This is totally unfair and speaks of fraud . So I’ve wasted £250 . How on earth can this be legal ?

I’ll be honest

I’ll be honest, I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews here, and I genuinely don’t fully understand them.

Yes, I can agree that the customer service could be a bit better and more responsive. That’s probably the only real downside I experienced.

But when it comes to the actual products, I ordered two skirt & blouse sets and one additional skirt, and I’m honestly impressed. The fit is excellent, the material feels structured and high-quality (not cheap or flimsy), and the colors are beautiful.

Everything I received looks exactly like the photos…if anything, even better in real life. The pictures honestly don’t do the pieces justice.

Sizing was also accurate. I ordered based on their size guide and everything fit as expected. I don’t really see how someone would have major issues with sizing unless they’re not being realistic about their own measurements.

Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I wouldn’t agree with the majority of negative reviews. I’d definitely order again!

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER, NO MATTER HOW CUTE THE CLOTHES ARE

This company seems to be somewhat of a scam. Have been trying to communicate with customer support and they just don't respond for weeks on end. Have had ENDLESS issues with my order, it's almost comical at this point.

I ordered a dress £175 February 23rd…

I ordered a dress £175 February 23rd and had email confirmation dispatch 5-7working days then I emailed on 4th March to be told dispatch would be 11th March but as of 19th March still no dispatch, I have emailed them to cancel order and kindly refund… but no response….avoid!!

Poor Experience

I was hopeful ordering from vita grace as some reviews stated that they do take there time but the outfits always arrive.

I ordered on the 24/02/2026. Upon ordering I emailed the support line to discuss a shipping date which they advised the despatch date would be on the 12/03/2026.

I noticed yesterday I did not receive any email notifications regarding my item so I reached out again to be advised the following:

‘We're experiencing some backlog this week due to a higher than usual demand, we are working hard to rectify any delays occurring and hope to be running on time within the next 7 days. I've checked your order specifically and can see its due to dispatch 20th March. We sincerely apologise for the wait and thank you kindly for your patience.’

If your like me and have a positive outlook and don’t mind waiting, please dont fall a trap to the odd positive review.

I’m now £230 down with no outfit to wear in time for my event.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. I ordered a jacket, it didn't come for months, and when it came it was XL in size but with a label of xsmall. I tried to return it on the same day of receiving it but the website wouldnt allow me to submit the return despite saying I had a certain amount of days to return. I tried to email them and had no response.

Scam

Scam. They sent me the product but too late. I didn't even accept it and send it back expecting a refund due to the massive delay.

They then told me it was an "unauthorised return" despite not even receiving the parcel and gave me a voucher in bloody AED instead of Euros (currency I used) and also took around 30 € as a penalty for not accepting the parcel OUT OF THEIR DELIVERY TIMES.

It was too late for me to use the dress, since it was acquired for an event and I had to buy another one due to their delay.

I didn't check trustpilot before buying, but I will definitely do it next time.

Do not give these scammers a single cent/penny of your money of you can say goodbye to it. I am not asking my bank to claim it back, but it's gonna be though...

Terrible shipping times, 0 responses from hello@vitagrace emails.

So many terms with there returns procedure and policy yet they can’t ship any sooner than 7 weeks!

No customer help or assistance.

A very disappointing brand and service

Be prepared to loose what ever you’ve paid and check companies house for the current situation

I wish I read reviews on this company before purchasing. After this experience, I will be doing this always!!!!

Ordered 2 dresses that took a month to arrive and I no longer needed them, tried to cancel and they said they couldn’t cancel as it was to be dispatched in a few days time. Customer service is not helpful what so ever. It is almost impossible to create a returns online yourself, I am
Now stuck with these dresses. Their returns policy makes no sense either.

AWFUL!!

AWFUL!!! Terrible customer service. Shipping dates pushed back. I’ve just been advised when I do receive my order I cannot return it as I used there discount code! I am trying via PayPal to get my money back but due to them being in the UAE I’m not hopeful.

I would give zero stars if I could!

I would give zero stars if I could! I haven’t received my order. Their customer service team is useless. They don’t give straight answers and then when they do it’s not correct information! I have waited over a month for a delivery and still nothing. I’ve asked for a full refund as I paid £10 in delivery fees also! Have not had a response from that either! Avoid buying from this company. It’s a shambles!

Never again

Never again. Order arrived very late (after I needed it) and I was told that the item had to be returned by a date that is just 3 days after I received it for the return to be accepted. Pretty impossible when returning from Ireland to UAE! Also quoted over €90 to return an item worth €160. Cutting my losses and never ordering from this company again.
