I received a towel rack and the quality was awfull, had to be put together and the picture on their website did not match the item received. The paint looked cheap and was badly made. It cost me expensive but looked very cheap. Lesson learned not to buy from them again. In fairness when i complained they offered me a 30% discount, I am waiting on this to be refunded.

beware the quality of their product. I bought a towel rack; what they advertise on their website looks very different. what I received is put together with bolts that protrude on the sides and are ugly; furthermore, quality of the wood shelves very poor, and the same is true for the paint.definitely not worth the price.
finally, they do not post one or 2 stars review on their website. I know from experience!

When I got my product there was an issue. I contacted them and they worked with me immediately to remedy the issue. It's nice to find a company that stands behind their products.

My metal wall art arrived in about a week from placing the order. It was packaged well and didn’t get any damage during shipment. The metal was of high quality and beautifully painted. I was extremely happy with the product.
The accessories to hang it was adequate and even received extra pieces. It took my husband and I alittle time to hang all 4 pieces but I’m kinda of a perfectionist and wanted it exactly as the photo on website.
Well worth the time and expense, the spacers give it a 3D look, it’s beautiful and have received many compliments already.

Expedient delivery, packaged well, nice quality, sturdy shelf

Apart of the metal pushed through the shipping box and was bent. The box also had a bunch of holes in it when it was received.

The customer service was great. The person I spoke with was very prompt and helpful with my measurements. I would highly recommend this sight and will be using them in the future. Thanks again

For the price we paid with duty, not worth the money. Over $230.00 for two of the medium sized towel holders.
