Ordered from them a brain supplement a couple of months ago. The order was shipped the same day and got it a couple of days later.
Some reviews mention not having a phone number or email. Their contact info is listed in their shipping and order confirmation emails. Not sure why they were not able to reach them unless they did not order from this company.
I even got a promo code sent for making my first order. Process was simple and fast so I find this website a trustworthy one. Once I ran out, I will order from them again.

Ordered product 1/10/26...attempted to contact at .com address supplied by company...received message (Sorry, the submission cannot be sent! Please try again)....Have attempted numerous submissions with same response....Also sent a letter dated 1/12/26 requesting cancelation, and/or instructions for return/refund due to order placed in error...NO RESPONSE!!! there is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER...This is a complete scam...DO NOT DEAL WITH VitaHotDeals...the company states 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, Easy Returns, Satisfaction Guaranteed...Received product...It's like they can print/promise satisfaction etc just to steal your money

Their "contact us" page keeps giving an error message when you try to contact them, and they have NO PHONE NUMBER!? RED FLAG!!
The product I purchased does NOT contain the ingedients consistent with the official product (Reticlear). So I'm trying to get return/refund authorization, to no avail. So AVOID this sham/scam company! Stick with the actual producers of the supplements you want to try.

Complete scam. They sell fake NooCube brain performance supplements under the name Noocube online. I noticed the difference in ingredients and tried to cancel the order I placed 7 minutes later, sent emails and called to no avail. This morning the order showed a tracking number with a pre-shipment label. I emailed again saying it has not left yet, please cancel.. I got an email back saying it had shipped - blatant lie. I emailed back with a screenshot showing only the label was made and I have not heard from them since. I now have to call Paypal and file a dispute. The money back guarantee does not include return shipping. I don't want to pay return shipping for a fake product that has not shipped yet. Buyer Beware!
