Still trying to adjust to the team changes. It seems when we get adapted someone else that is new is brought in. Turn over for our product is hard to keep bringing people up to speed on what we do and what we want to focus on as our product is very specific and technical.

Horrible experience all around.

They pretended to know what they were doing while gaslighting and charging more and more to fix the continuous mistakes they kept making.

They wasted so much money in both lost revenue and time. Not to mention the levels of frustration that I have never experienced working with any other company.

Almost bankrupted our company between the poorly managed ppc campaigns and website errors and downtime while using Vital. I can’t really express my full disappointment with them.
