I've been to the surgeries in Budapest and London and have always been impressed by the service and treatment. The only slight downside is that I am no l9nger being sent reminders about check up due dates

I had a great deal of dental treatment and am really pleased with the results. I found the whole treatment process was handled very professionally and with great care.

Just went to Vital europe and it was so professional! My experience is beyond my expectations and i love the work they have done! only 5 stars i can give but i would give a zillion!

Well what can I say?. I've been to the Budapest clinic this week and once again I received another outstanding experience. I first had treatment here back when the practice was in its infancy in 2007. Back then I received first class treatment and service I thought could never be surpassed, but wait, Vital has continue to grow and strive to heights beyond exception. Be advised by a returning patient who cannot applaud this practice enough. If you want to be made to feel so special and be treated with upmost individuality then chose Vital. I really do find it difficult to describe my gratitude and thanks to all at Vital....to laud one individual in particular would be so unfair. Thank you so much for giving me my smile back.

I have been Vital Europe patient since 2008 and have implants 2008 and crowns 2020. I had trouble with my implants (2014) few years later but headed back to Budapest and had it fixed by them without any problems. 4 years ago I had crowns and luckily no problems. This Friday I am going for check up.

Visited the London branch for a Implant consultation. Was told that the X-rays provided by my local Dentist were related to someone else and not mine. This was completely untrue but a second copy of the X-rays was sent by email. I called them to ensure they had received the X-rays which they confirmed. One week later still no Treatment Plan or cost estimate. They are incompetent and provide no confidence. Stay well clear

In 2014, I had new upper and lower dentures fitted at Vital Europe. The work that was done was very good. The Dentist that done the work no longer works at Vital Europe. The dentures are now getting worn and I decided to go back to Budapest and get everything renewed I emphasise renewed the cost of the of the work was £8821. They told me I needed to allow for 10 days for the work to be done. Let me tell you I didn’t spend more than three hours spread over the 10 working days in the dental chair, the told me David bena coordinator and Attila persei dentist I didn’t need to have everything renewed. I insisted the work should be done and what was more than happy to pay the full price. I told them I have a health condition and I’m terminal. I explained this to them, but the persisted to push me to have only minor worked done, they did not renew anything except for the teeth on the old dentures, no telescopic crowns, no new pin and grommets to hold the lower denture in the lower denture came back damaged deliberately. The pins had been filed down ask yourself why would I file down and damage my own pins I have tried to upload two photos as proof review side won’t allow though why? Why would I damage them? You may ask why this was done about five years ago , I enquired the cost of a replacement pin with David Benya just in case I lost one of my two pins he told me £35 a couple of years later, I did lose a pin and thought it best to get a spare David benya What did the charge me £105. I was astonished at the price increase. I did offered to pay £50 but he would not consider it so we fell out over him taking advantage of my position. This is why I think he or Attila Pesei deliberately damaged the pin on the denture Which with metal fatigue will probably break. I ended up paying less than £2200, they led me to believe I was having everything replaced waste of time and money on Hotel could of flown back 10 or eight days earlier There are plenty of other good Dentists in Budapest or Poland. Beware you have no recourse from then in this country. If the dental work goes wrong you will get no sympathy/cooperation from Vital Europe check all reviews from TripAdvisor if you look DEEP enough, you will find on TripAdvisor and trustpilot bad bad reviews. Choose a reputable Dentist

I had crowns and bridges done over a year ago but still had discomfort when biting or chewing. They said that I should have told them instantly but after the procedure I thought that this level of discomfort was natural. I had to wait a week to get an appointment to have it checked out though.

Amazing service, excellent dental care professionals. I would strongly recommend them.

Upon appointment for tooth each I was X-ray and examined to be told the tooth needed removing.They advertised dental treatment as 70% cheaper however I was quoted £639.00 to have one teeth extracted.I felt miss informed, and very disappointed.I paid £100.00 for the x-ray, and left without treatment because I refuse to pay £639.00 for one tooth removal.I do not recommend to anyone to go to this clinic.

Conflicting business model and inconsistent with website. London clinic outsourcing work to Hungary. Associated expenses with flights, taxis and hotel stay are all add ons. Plus further commitments for hygiene treatments throughout lifetime of installation. Hard to find location, hard copy quote took curiously long to produce.

Had a free consultation including a CT scan. As someone who has lost several teeth on the sides and rear of my upper jaw, I expected to be told that I would need some bone augmentation, and possibly sinus lifts before any dental implants could be placed.
Imagine my horror when the dentist told me I had too little bone for sinus lifts and bone grafts! She then proceeded to say that my only option was to extract my remaining front teeth in the upper jaw and have a removable denture plate held in place by four implants at the front of my jaw!
I even said that I would inquire elsewhere about bone grafting, and was told that it would not be possible. This was extremely concerning to me and caused me great anxiety and despair.
I have subsequently been advised elsewhere that I can have sinus lifts, bone augmentation, and dental implant supported crowns giving me a permanent solution.
VitalEurope tried to persuade me that their option was the only option, and even when I expressed my utter shock and refused to accept their solution they asked when I would like to start the plan!
The dentist was a young female Canadian of asian appearance.
The consultation, I was told would take an hour. It did not ! It took around 5 mins to take photos and make a very cursory examination, a few more minutes to have the scan, and another few minutes to offer their suggested plan and quote. The receptionist went over the plan with me, not the dentist. The whole thing took less than 30 mins with half of that time in the waiting area.
I later paid £200 to have the scan link emailed to me which I tried to share with other dentists. They then had to send a second email with a link to download a file viewer, before the scan could be viewed.
I do not recommend VitalEurope.

Had expensive dental work last year. Included a couple of small fillings. One of them just dropped out today, whilst brushing (ie no accident etc). Phoned up and they wanted to charge me £200+ to replace it. Scandalous. I can’t afford to have new fillings drop out each year and pay that much to replace them each time.

VitalEurope have been superb providing a detailed fully considered treatment plan of implant + bridge work. I opted for the London - Budapest option and it’s saved me so much money, whilst having 1st class facilities and medical care in both locations. Special thanks to Dora, the brilliant Dr Pesai, and all the team at front desk and supporting for helping me throughout. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile.

Misleading. They advertise as the cheapest dental service as they conduct a lot of their dentistry in Budapest. When I called them they quoted me £2050 for a tooth implant and told me I will have to come for a consultation which will include a check up £12 and CT scan at a reduced price of £69 (which i can keep). I thought great either way I will have a CT scan done for a very good price. During my consultation after the CT Scan they told me I had a piece of root left behind and I will need another operation to remove it before I proceed further. I was fuming with my previous dentist and shocked he would have made such a mistake! The quote they gave me that day was over £3000 and thats not including all the travel expenses to Budapest. I went to my previous clinic to make a complaint about their mistake and thats when they told me that my CT scan was a 2d representation of a CT scan (basically an x-ray ). When I called them they were apologetic and said if you want a proper CT Scan copy you have to pay us another £130 "you should have read your confirmation email properly" - were their words !!! I couldn't believe it!!! £200 for a CT scan ?? Even Harley street practices do not charge that much !!!
2 days later I received an email saying that their main surgeon confirmed there was nothing left in my gum!!?? I was in a silly position with my old clinic as I blamed them for something they didn't do! I had another CT scan at my local dentist for £90 and their quote was £2500 all in without travelling anywhere. I would not trust...
