TOTAL SCAM. No sign of order. No response to emails.

No recommend at all this company ,that's scam and fraud ,they just take money from my account and I didn't receive anything from them. I emailed costumer service many times but no response at all .

Stuff has never come ?? No repsonce from anyone. Been 2 months

Complete scam! Ordered on 22 December 2. I have never received items will be filing a dispute with my bank.

Absolute scam. Ordered 3 tracksuits that never arrived. No response to any emails I sent. Ended up having to open a dispute with my bank who have refunded me thankfully! Do not be tempted it’s a bogus company run my thief’s!

Avoid this website! They never delivered my order and ignored all my emails. Total scam. Stay away!

This company doesn't deserve any stars as it is basically A MASSIVE CON! I should have realised when Tessa Thompson is being used as the face of it that's it's totally illegitimate. I ordered 2 big brand tracksuits on there after Christmas as they were on an unbelievable good offer! Again RED FLAG. 7 weeks later nothing, no response from any of their contact emails, no ability to track the package... AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AND SPREAD THE WORD

One star is too much for this company. I ordered a jumper 4 weeks ago. It never arrived. Customer services don’t reply. This is a Scam company. Don’t buy anything. Your money is gone!!!!!

My order arrived (not in time for xmas) but they were both too small. Since then there are been zero response from customer service despite numerous attempts to contact them from multiple channels. The comnomany address is US based but the tracking was via China. Avoid.

Ordered an item on 1st December and after 1,5 months nothing received, not responding to emails or contact form. Tomorrow going to report to the bank as scam

Ordered 2-3 weeks ago and I have nothing from them and no comms/response to emails. Livid.

I did check them before the purchase on review but didn’t find this site at the time.

Bought 3 cashmere sweaters as it was at reduced
Prices so bought for xmas presents and disappointed with the service I have emailed about 8 times and no reply
They should be shut down

I’m really worried now - I’ve spent money and heard nothing from them. Now I come to check the actual proper reviews and saw very bad.
I googled white fox tracksuit and this company came up top of google searches- how can this happen on google if it’s a scam website? I thought only good companies came up on top searches - I’m so upset with myself as I thought it was a genuine site :( I can’t afford to loose money

I received my order on 16/12/2024 and been emailing 3 different email addresses but no one is responding to my emails. Their returns policy says we need to return within 30 days and must get get a #RMA before we can return. The email address provided in their return policy is a gmail account but I also reached out on the other 2 email addresses found on their website help@ and orders@ including their online contact form. You would have thought someone would come back to you. Still no response.

I nearly put in my credit card details and then noticed the absence of the padlock symbol. I then checked the refund policy and noticed the return address was very dodgy with a hash tag!
I came into trust pilot to verify their claim of 5 stars and saw negative reviews from others.

Very suspicious site. Tried to make a payment using my Lloyds debit card and the transaction was cancelled and card blocked. Had to call Lloyds fraud team to unblock my card.
The prices in this site are so much lower than the official White Fox Boutique online shop - there is no way they can sell a genuine White Fox hoodie set for under £30 when the official store retails them at £100.
Buyers beware!!
