Ordered two custom jerseys for €190. Waited six weeks — plenty of time for them to build suspense, I guess. When the package finally arrived, it was already opened. One jersey was missing, and the other without custom print.
Customer service? They’ve apparently joined witness protection, because they’ve vanished without a trace.
No refund, no replacement, no apology.
If you want to pay premium prices for missing items, wrong orders, and total silence, Vitality is your go-to. I’ve had better experiences buying from random eBay sellers.
