I placed an order but was signed up to a subscription
I placed an order, got my products but had no idea I had apparently signed up for a subscription. The company then took a further payment from my account and processed another order for me which I did not ask for. It was for a totally different product. Their products do not work for me. I have sent at least 5 emails now and have tried to delete my subscription without success and I have had no replies. I have requested a full refund of recent order which I did not place and I feel I was conned into a subscription type ordering system.
I have been off work ill, so it was only when I returned to work that I could see all the emails. Not that it would have made any difference as all their emails are "no-reply" and no one is responding to my emails to their customer services or "contact us" email.
BEWARE of this company who often have adverts of Facebook.

We send reminders for subscriptions 3 days before they are charged, and they are also fully self-manageable on our website.
