I was very pleased with the service received
I am more than satisfied with the product the company supplied.
1. For a medical company you'd think they'd understand the difference between sex and gender. Being misgendered while they're a company advised by a trans clinic is just awful.
2. I don't feel they take this stuff urgently. One of my tests got clotted in the post. I didn't get explicitly told of this. I got a new test sent to me without explanation in email. The only email I got said my results are ready with ZERO urgency. People can't always look right away, mental preparation etc. it would be nice for it to be included in emails rather than *only* on the results screen. This delayed me doing my next test, and not having results can have consequences in repeat prescriptions etc.
3. Contradicting info. The pamphlet I received with my first test told me to use certain fingers, the pamphlet I received with my second make up test said other fingers. There was two tests included in my first test kit, one of these was the one I did again, I never had the second pamphlet with my first test.
I don't feel as though I can trust this company that much but I have to have my bloods done somehow so I'll force myself to deal with them. But I have my reservations and complaints. It just seems as though there isn't much experience from the company in this field as these seem rather straight forward things to get right and do.

They reply instantly to emails. The results were quickly made available on the same day they received my blood sample. I believe the test results were accurate.
Vitall sent me a *gentle* reminder to review it so i guess i'll write a review.
I've ordered a self testing kit from them, and this is the first time i've ever done self test at home. Sadly, one of the readings of the most important part of my blood test - liver, was unavailable due to sample having haemolysed. I understand that it's partially my own fault, but i've followed the instructions that came with the kit to prevent it to the best of my ability (i.e. do not press too hard when gathering blood and invert sample couple of times after gathering it).
I kind of feel like that there should be a warning that says there is a good chance that sample might get damaged and you might not receive all results you were expecting. Plus, while i was researching what "Sample Haemolysed" even means i've stumbled upon article from some other random clinic, that also mentioned that they are sending free kit replacements in case such thing happens. Vitall, on the other hand, just offers to re-order the failed test.
Anyway, going forward I'll still use vitall, but next time I'll pay for a nurse if it's possible in my location (for some reason that option was greyed out first time I ordered) or just use other local clinic.
Good communications and punctual and friendly nurse visit take blood very professionally done.
I have had a third sample clotted. I have done everything as required with mixing the sample etc and postingin the morning before the first post collection. Vitall has emailed me and said:
"Unfortunately, since we are charged full laboratory fees for each attempt, we are unable to offer an additional repeat test. However, should you wish to repeat this test again, we can offer you a discounted purchase via the link below"
The new price will be £69-£17.25 = £51.75.
I am not happy to say the least. So it will cost me £120.75 if I go ahead with this. I can't afford it.
I am in the UK.
PS I have now tried telephoning Vitall but all their advisors are busy. Probably having to deal with all the complaints.
I now cannot get hold of anyone from Vitall via telephone and they haven't replied to my email which I sent them yesterday. They have a 'live' help on their web site but when sending a message I get the reply "All of our support agents are busy, sorry. We'll reply by email ASAP!"
I am aditing to add that I have received a refund from Vitall as they state below in a reply to my review. It's not quite the full refund but I am happy enough. Thank you.

Reasonable price. Clear instructions, prompted by step by step emails. Results sent very quickly.
Great service, really quick return on the results. The website is easy to use, and the result plots over time are particularly useful. Would definitely recommend!
Terrible.
Service advertises full tracking.
I paid for the nurse to come and take my bloods but this was still sent in via Royal Mail by her.
I never received a tracking number and my account still says "home visit booked".
No one ever answers the phoneline and it cuts you off.
By email all they could say was "use the tracking number to see where it is"... but the point is I never even got one!
VERY expensive service for bloods just to go completely out of tracking. Especially when the weather is so hot.
Why is it impossible to talk to anyone that can help?
Very annoyed by this total waste of money

This is the most efficient company I have ever used. I posted my test on the Thursday, they confirmed receipt early Friday morning, I app showed updates as it went through the lab and I had the results by 11am. Very highly recommended
Excellent service, very quick and easy to follow. In these days of NHS destruction, a vital service. Thanks!
First time using these but definitely recommend and will be using again
Very easy to do at home and very fast results 5 stars
Clear instructions, re collection of sample. Quick turnaround for results. Very satisfied.
The nurse who came and took the bloods was punctual and friendly. I liked the dashboard provided to check progress and view results.
It was really easy to arrange. The actual collection of bloods was quick, painless and convenient as they came to my home.
Very fast turn around, my kit arrived next day, sent my blood the day after and had the results back 2 days later. Will def use again.
