The Autumn Equinox Retreat was my first ever wellness retreat and it was amazing. The accommodations were beautiful - overlooking the mountains and there was lots of room for all our activities. I really enjoyed the variety of classes they did for us from yoga to barre and one of my favorite things was the “sound bath” - something I’ve never experienced before and loved! The food was fabulous and the best part of it all was Sarka and Bara - who took amazing care of us all. We were pampered and I also felt really lucky to be able to share in all of their knowledge about health and wellness. Overall just an incredible weekend with great people - I highly recommend it and I hope to go again.

The trip was so great. The coordinators are warm, friendly and put so much organization into the weekend. I can’t wait till next time!!

Sarka and Bara did an amazing job at creating a safe and warm weekend for a group of women who had just met. They didn’t miss a detail- excellent food, yoga and barre to accommodate all skill levels, and guests to talk to us about the human connection. I went alone, and met inspiring women, I’ll hold this experience with me for years to come.

The yoga retreat was amazing start to finish! From the location and accommodations to the wonderful activities and yoga that we were all able to enjoy, regardless of skill/experience. Sarka planned a fun and relaxing weekend, complete with amazing food from Seeds in Pincher Creek. She brought a group of strangers together who were able to bond on so many levels. I would certainly do another retreat with her. Kudos to Bara who co-hosted the activities. These ladies made the weekend so incredibly special.

Best thing I did for myself in a long time! As a busy working mom of a toddler and a preschooler, I rarely take the time to do something for myself. This was exactly what I needed to connect with myself and recharge. The lodge was beautiful with amazing views and a short trail to walk around in nature. Food was delicious and so comforting. Activities were well structured, balancing different yoga styles with strength training and grounding activities like sound bath or quiet nature walk. The hosts (Bara and Sarka) were absolutely amazing and created such a welcoming and supportive experience. Definitely recommend!

Sarka and Bara were absolutely amazing from the moment I entered the door into the retreat. They were so welcoming. I constantly felt motivated and energized even through all the relaxing activities they had prepared for the program. The location they chose was absolutely stunning and I walked away with such a full heart and such gratitude for having the chance to be a part of what they are offering. I highly recommend and will definitely be joining again!

Sarka and Barra were great, so organized, welcoming and professional. The location was beautiful, the food was delicious. The mediation was therapeutic and soothing to the soul. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wellness getaway.
