Placed my order on 12-11-2023. Nothing happened until I called them on 12-19-2023. Product was not shipped and couldn't find my order. I had to sent them the email receipt that I received on 12-11-2023 as well as the Visa credit card charge record to get things moving again. As of now, 12-19-2023, I still have no idea when I will receive my product! Also, no one ever bothered to respond to my email inquiries, twice!
