Only a sample so not much to tell but definitely gentle on the stomach and actually great tasting, no need in my opinion to add it to anything. Definitely want to order the actual pack.
oh and their Olive oil - Coratina Monovariety is beautiful !!! On to my second bottle and I won't use anything else, amazing taste, great for your health
and it comes in a gorgeous bottle !
