Needed a birth certificate to get a drivers license. Ordered it from you then found out I could get one for much less money from the state. Very disappointed.

The worst experience
The worst experience. I paid the $89.00 and then received a letter wanting more money so I gave up. So I never received the birth certificate and you kept the money I did pay. Never use this service. If I could do less than one star I would.

I paid for my records to be sent by mail. The 89.00 cost was to cover the postage to send to the state to get my records. After paying that and the 34.00 fee to get the record the postage paid envelope included in your 89.00 cost was returned to me stating postage was due!!! So needless to say I haven’t gotten my records. I think I am due some kind of refund or your company should have sent the proper postage paid envelope. I really don’t know what to do now and it is very frustrating!!!!

We order on line paid way over $100 thinking the birth certificate was coming only to get a letter asking for more money and others items needed still don't have it just not easy and cost to much to get it when if was in town it is only $10 local.

No call another 4 weeks pass and I just now got the paperwork I filled out with notarized. I called asked for replacement and that was 4 more weeks ago. Still waiting. I paid 89.00 for Vital Records to send me a print out of my paperwork and a address. I still had to send in the information and pay another 15.50 for a copy of my birth certificate.

I was not told that I needed to also send my marriage license. So weeks later everything I mailed out came back. With a paper saying I was missing it..now need new postage too!!! And will again have to wait!

When they returned your request, they should have attached a document with the reasons why your request was returned. In many cases, it is due to a lack of a document.
