Absolute Rubbish service booked a appointment was so stressed out already got there 2 hour journey ok not to be told the appointment been cancelled as the systems down??? I asked why not call me or email? Skes like systems down?!! This is terrible and disgusting took a day of work also fuel cost l. And receptionist can only say system down? I can surly call or email??? What kind of company you running?? Can you kindly refund me my deposit asap the rude receptionist said she can't refund? She has emailed the manager? Never been through this kind of nonsense before kindly refund me

Safie was amazing as I have passed out before, but she let me lie down just in case. Turns out it was the best blood test I’ve had! Love the gentle music!

I parked in one their private parking spaces in Milton Keynes and got a parking ticket. Nobody told me you had to register my registration number at reception on a tablet. I complained to VitalScan and they said there was a notice on the door - I didn't see it and also they said there is a tablet on reception to register reg no - however I never went to the desk as the receptionist was on the phone so I just sat down to wait.

Never have I experienced such a simple blood test! The technician ensured I was at ease, and I barely noticed the procedure. Truly professional!

It's never a pleasant experience having an MRI scan, and while Vitalscan performed this for me as well as possible, I was left speechless when i got my results.
The report summary, albeit very brief, was difficult to fully understand as it appeared to contradict itself and there were a few words in particular (even with the help of google!) that I couldn't I really understand their full context.
I decided to call Vitalscan and ask them if they could clarify what these words actually mean. I thought this would be a reasonable request, given the money I had just spent with them on the scan.
The response I received left me completely speechless and let down.....the man I spoke to at Vitalscan informed me I would need to pay a further £100 for a consultation, even after i explained i only needed someone to give me 20 seconds to explain the two words.
Having the need for a scan is traumatic enough on it's own and trying to get clarification on the results of the Vitalscan had written up, I don't think was an unreasonable request to make.

Saffie was really good at explaining the procedure and made me feel very comfortable and happy about doing the scan. She made sure I was appropriately dressed as this was my first time and she could tell I was nervous. Mahmoud who done the mri was brilliant. He explained everything clearly and was kind and checked I was fine throughout. Definitely 5/5 care given!

I had a fantastic experience with Vitalscan. The clinic was spotlessly clean, creating a calm and professional atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service

The space was very clean and bright and the scan itself was great, with options for radio or soothing sounds to drown out the machine sounds. My only critique is that it was very rushed. I arrived 25 minutes early and had no time for a drink as I was told I would in the emails, and did not even have time to finish my forms before they rushed me in as if I had been late. I ended up leaving 5 minutes after my actual appointment time.

This was my first MRI and the whole process was made quite pleasant and easy. I was seen immediately and all staff were friendly and polite. Mahmoud was professional and kind and I felt very comfortable. Would go back here for diagnostics if ever needed.

Really kind and friendly staff, Micky on reception and Mahud who did the scan were fantastic, which made everything less stressful. Highly recommend.

Quick and hassle free. Secured a booking through 'GetScanned'. VITALSCAN sent me my imagery within 30 mins and the report followed from the radiologist within 24 hours. Fantastic service with a great shout out to Mahmoud for his customer service.

I decided to have a full body scan and blood sweep tests with VitalScan. For my peace of mind really. Going forward with a healthy body and mind etc, is very important to me, especially now I've reached 62.
I have to say, the whole experience was great from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The whole place is spotless, and there's great coffee!
Mahmoud, the chap who did my body scan, was most reassuring and caring , ensuring I was comfortable and happy throughout my scan. He managed to make me feel calm and ready to go into the tube. It's not the most pleasant thing to have done, but I'm glad I did, and I had it here, and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for any future scans etc. Having Radio 2 on my headphones to listen to was a big help too.

They lied about my scan when I've been told by experts abroad that I have a tumour and pitruitry cyst . Terrible service . If you care for your life avoid at all costs !

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish , staff who took my bloods to Mahmood who took care of my 1hr 30min MRI , very reassuring and courteous, fantastic work Guys!!

Same day blood test after waiting over a month for the NHS with no appointment in sight. Vital scan were fabulous, really patient with me as I’m always nervous with bloods and had help from the practice manager to get my tricky veins. Fabulous experience and will be back for scans that I also need!

Great overall experience, excellent facilities, and amazing staff not to mention that I found a slot the same day.
