DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE

Having seen advert on Facebook I went to their website and ordered shoes. Despite promising hassle free returns it was difficult to find how to return shoes which were not suitable. In the end paid over £30 to post to China but got no response at all.
lesson learned

Dishonest Customer Service

This store charades as a UK business but ships from China. Besides goods taking an inordinate amount of time to arrive, they’ve sent me both the wrong colour and wrong size! I am receiving no response to my customer service emails to arrange a return and refund for this item that is utterly useless to me. Shocking service and very dishonest practice. Avoid!

Problems returning items don’t fit, want me to send to CHINA - chargeback done

Claim to have “ We are excited to announce that our new warehouse in Central England is now open!” UK company with UK domain name but things go wrong and you need to return items cause they do not fit, not wide enough and no wide toe box like they claim, shoes were way too small. I have size between 12,5 and 13 and had to order 12.5 but that made no difference, anyway they ignore support emails want you to send things back to CHINA !!!!!! Post and packing there not acceptable at my expense. I would have sent to their uk wharehouse but they have failed to give that and forced to do a chargeback and gave them the statutory 15 days first to collect shoes which they did not. Then write me a snotty email saying read terms and conditions of sale. Well even I know there is such a thing of sales and goods act when items are unacceptable you should be able to return them posting a CHINA address for this is not on and I am going bank for charge back.

Yet another front website for a Chinese company

Yeah, right, all 5 star reviews. Just yet another "barefoot" shoe in the current craze on social media, with so far a count of something like 12 different names I've noticed. Yet another front for a Chinese company, as all the others are. Check the returns policy, the address on the downloadable form for returns is "Return Address: Company Name: Chen Shuai (Liu Changxing) Address: 3rd floor, No. 2 Freight Elevator, YTO Express Building, Building D, No. 409 Suxi Avenue, Jinhua City, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province."

Now, to be clear, I have nothing against China or the Chinese and am pleased with a piece of technology I bought (though I did think it was a US company), but just stop making out you're a UK company.

We are still waiting for a refund for a different "barefoot" company, £55 down so fan.
