Would give no stars if I could

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered blood pressure monitor. Received credit card notification that this was a foreign transaction, I panicked and tried to cancel. Called 2 phone numbers and could not get through. Next I know, they're shipping it from Lakewood, NJ. Called credit card company, they can't do anything until it posts. Emailed company, took 2 weeks to respond. Finally sent me return authorization label. I asked 3 times for a prepaid return label since it was an issue on their part that I wasn't able to cancel my order. Now they are totally ignoring me. Disgusting that companies like this are allowed to prey on so many unsuspecting consumers.

Vitaltrack pro blood pressure monitor.
Ordered Tuesday, arrived Wednesday. I borrowed a monitor then purchased this model as it claims higher accuracy. Comparing the 2 the vitaltrack appears to be a better build quality. I have to assume its accuracy as there is no way to test. When completing 3 in a row it is far more consistent across the 3 tests. The borrowed model can vary by 10+ points. Also when completing 3 test the average can be worked out for you. It stores 100 results and allows 2 tracked users.

Blood Pressure Monitor Not Accurate

Ordered the blood pressure monitor model U80EH due to what appeared to be high ratings and it was on sale. Received within a few days. Seemed to work fine and used about 15 days before taking to a doctor appointment to test accuracy. The machine was not at all accurate sadly. So emailed them and asked how to return for a refund. Fortunately, we have received a refund. They do not want it returned.

Product arrived but USB would not charge and the battery bay does not have the metal connectors for AA Batteries so they won't connect.
Customer service line is busy and tells you to call back in 10 minutes....everytime!!

Bought a Tens machine from Vitaltrack

Bought a Tens machine from Vitaltrack, using PayPal.
Very impressed, it turned up "The very next day", packaging was perfect, my thoughts were, Great company!!

I opened it for inspection, it looked the bees knees, packaging was amazing, instruction book etc, I couldn't wait to try it out.

Placed the 3 AA batteries into its housing unit.
Now the problems began....the housing unit was bigger than the batteries, they just rolled about, secondly, I tried the USB lead from the mains to see it working, hey presto, "it didn't!!" Finally, I noticed that one of the battery points was damaged. 😞

I packed it away, and tried ringing the company, I need to say nothing else, due to the known comments on here.

I then proceeded to email the company with a complaint, and to request a reimbursement of my money, and left it at that, then sat back to wait.

Shock!!, the very same day, (today) I received an email from the company stating they were refunding me the full amount, no apologies, not that I wanted one, but then, straight after, PayPal contacted me saying I will be refunded in full straight away!

Not bad, Within 3 days, I'd ordered it, complained, and have been guaranteed a full refund.

I won't buy from the company again, but I'll always use PayPal whenever I can.

This firm is an absolute scam

This firm is an absolute scam. I ordered the Vital Track Pro Model DJ-E2A0. I received the product within several weeks and I was so excited that is came fairlu quickly. However, it was missing the battery (it takes a special battery) and came with no instructions or information about how a website to view the instructions. I have been going through my credit card company and it has been brutal. This firm has fought me trying to get a complete product or to give me a refund.

I have called their customer service line Multiple times and get the same recording (paraphrase: Our help support is busy, please call back in 10 minutes.) Of course nobody ever answers. I have sent several e-mails to their e-mail listed and of course no reply.

DO NOT purchase any item from this firm. Hard to believe that they are still in business.

Don't buy from this company unless you want to lose money

It looks like I've joined a host of other people who've been scammed by Vital track, I bought a tens machine for my sick husband, I thought it strange when there was no acknowledgement of the purchase or tracking details, it just turned up and the courier left it behind my dustbin ( probably an omen) there were no batteries so I purchased some rechargeable batteries from amazon to see us through until Vitaltrack got back to my email about no batteries included with this piece of Chinese junk, it worked for a few hours then just went blank and nothing, no power to it.
They never answered my email and I've just emailed them to tell them what I think of their company's customer service and the fact they are scamming people, I doubt they will reply and I've just put this down to an unfortunate experience, what a bunch of crooks with their fancy and believable website, also I want to know why Google is ranking them as the best? They even come up as the NHS best tens machines when searching......shocking

*Update* vital track have emailed today to say they have refunded the money back into my card, yay.... result, however there was no apology, their customer service isn't good 😳
* update * Vital track sent an email apologising and asked me to dispose of the tens machine and not bother sending it back for a refund, the refund has been issued

Review of the customer service not the device

I don't usually do reviews but after reading all the negative stuff I thought I would post something positive as I always find people will rush to post something negative and don't bother when experience is good.

Now this review is not about the blood pressure monitor I bought as I changed my mind after ordering and wanted a different type, but about the UK customer service I received returning the product.
I ordered the item on Monday 27 Oct and it was delivered the next day, great service.

I raised a ticket with support the evening of Monday 27 Oct after changing my mind and had a response the next day (Tuesday 28 Oct) from support to help me with my return. Unfortunately as it had already been shipped they couldn't cancel the order itself, but they provided the address and details of how to return it.

On Wednesday 29 Oct I shipped the item back to the address provided and emailed a copy of my proof of posting back to support.

Today Friday 31 October I had confirmation from Support that a full refund had been issued and confirmed by payment method I used.

So 5 days from deciding to buy the item, receiving, returning and getting my funds returned.
That is what I would class as excellent customer service with every email answered quickly and politely.

Can't comment on the device itself as I never used it, it looked fine, it was well packed and no damage seen to the box.

Only dropped 1 star as I had to pay for return postage, but it was only £6 and my mistake for changing my mind after purchasing.

Ordered tens machine .sent a different model. The display on the box is right but machine is different. Should have 6 modes, but machine sent only has 4.
Could be an older model but cannot operate it properly as no video to explain and the scanning shows a blood pressure machine
Contacted them ,but no reply.
No video to explain how to use.
Disgusted.
Will be contacting PayPal to get them to sort it, if possible

This company SHOULD NOT BE TRADING AT ALL. Any purchases made one will not hear from them again. They are rogues and should be stopped from trading. I have tried to contact them every day for the past 2 weeks without any luck to raise a refund but had no luck so far. If you ever came across a SCAMMER this is the one so please avoid them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been trying to contact this company for a week. They say there's a set up video for the TENS machine but the code they provide on the manual doesn't work. They don't answer the phone. The answering machine says they're busy and to call back in 10 minutes. This is a permanent message judging by the other reviews on here. I want a refund but I can't get through to them. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Avoid them at all costs. I should have read the reviews on this site before I purchased!

There is no video, there is no back up.
I have emailed three times, been ignored 3 times.
I now want to return the machine, guess what.

Highly unreliable

Ordered the blood pressure monitor but supposedly 'lost in transit'. Said they will process a refund.....we shall see! Wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews first. You live and learn. A warning about a company manipulating reviews is rare and a huge alarm bell. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I have a tens machine by vital track.The ad says watch the video to set it up. There isn’t one ! So trying to open the battery cover is impossible, the rough lines to slide open the battery cover are virtually smooth, so no luck there ! And yes I have also been told to call back in ten minutes . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I just shipped the Vitaltrack back to them for a refund after receiving it just last week. The arm cuff was horrible and didn't work on my arm properly and the machine never got a reasonable reading when it wasn't posting an error message.

Never respond to inquiries

I tried to get help on operating my Tens machine by emailing. No response to several inquiries. Then tried to return it; no response to emails. When I call the listed number a recorded voice tells me they are busy, call back in ten minutes. Always the same recorded response. Stay away from this place!

I ordered the Vitaltrack upper arm…

I ordered the Vitaltrack upper arm electronic blood pressure monitor model number U80EH. The monitor was faulty the moment I tried to use it. The readings were all over the place to the point that the monitor did not cut off and continued to count past 300 plus. I complained to Vital track on 3 July. In an email from the VitalTrack dated 4 July I was promised a refund and I was told not to return the monitor. I am still waiting for the refund despite my chasing on an off. I have tried calling and a voice message informs you that the line is buys and I should call back in 10 minutes and when you do the line just rings. I feel this company is not what it says it is and I believe they are just scamming us.
