Similar experience to others.
Ordered goods. No notification of despatch so followed up. Said they did not have the size, would I accept a different size.
I said yes, but still no despatch.
Chased a couple of times and kept being told would go out this week, but never did.
Did manage to get a refund in the end.

Items were out of stock, but I was refunded within 1 day. I was very worried it was a scam due to the bad 1-star reviews on here, but Emma was very helpful and will let me know when it's in stock (so I am not waiting) with great samples. :)

If I could give this a zero I would. Absolutely shocking company. I placed an order which was supposed to be 1-5 working days delivery. Nearly a month down the line and still nothing. Over 20 emails I had sent and i kept getting fobbed off with various excuses about its due this week oh its coming from another depot. I got suggested they should semd a goodwill gesture of a partially refund they sent me £5.99 of which i am yet to receive. I threatened them with trading standards, and now apparently, they have issued a full refund again I am yet to receive. Avoid them at all costs. They are full of shit and shockingly run. Do not buy from them ever
They will take your hard earned money and fob you off with various excuses. There is contact number but it does not work. You can oly emsil and takes a awhile to get some sort of response from an email and that at best is shocking English and grammar from someone called Emma. I beg you all, do not entertain this company. They literally have ruined what I was trying to buy for my wife as a birthday present.

PLEASE READ. Please don't order from this appalling company. If I can save other people from having an awful experience it would be worth it. I have only just realised that they operate under various company names online, ie Health Reaction, Vitaminsuk.com and they also seem to be trading under Feel The Difference Ltd, as the company address is the same for all 3 online sites. I placed an order on Health Reaction UK's website at the end of July 24 and hadn't received my order as of the 6th October. Each time I emailed the company I was promised the goods would be with me shortly. At first I believed the Company and kept giving them more time. Eventually they advised that the goods weren't available and would I accept other products of a similar value that were in stock. I confirmed this was okay assuming the order would now be posted, however I still hadn't received the order over three weeks later so I contacted Trading Standards via an online form provided by the Citizens Advice Bureau. I advised the Trader of this and they immediately confirmed the goods would be sent via tracked post. I received the order today, finally! My advice to other customers is to advise the Trader that you will contact Trading Standards as they have violated the Trading Standards act of 2015, and hopefully this will make them post the goods out. I will never buy from this company again. I am just so annoyed that Trading Standards have allowed these rogue traders to continue selling online,as I had reported one of their linked businesses over a year ago and thought that with all of these terrible experiences that other people have also gone through, for both Health Reaction and Vitaminsuk.com, that they would have closed these sites down. I am not sure what the point of Trading Standards is any more.

I placed the order on 10/10 and charged my credit card I still dont have the item. they are selling items that they dont have it .DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY>_

Don't buy from this company it's scam! I spend 20£ and didn't recevied product! It's scam svam scam, how it's possible this store webbside exsist????

Never ever again will order from VitaminsUK. Twice they sent the wrong order after many email exchange and 3 months later, the refund was issued. But they never refunded me for the postage that I paid to send the wrong items back even though the supposedly 'customer support' promised the refund is on it's way. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Under no circumstances even think about ordering from this unprofessional and crooked company. Ordered from them on Oct 11th 2025 with no parcel delivered. Their phone contact doesn't work. Called them at least 10 times with no response at all. Emailed them and complained that they should send my item quickly (after waiting for 10 days). However, no proper response from them. Finally, decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The refund never materialised so I have raised a dispute for the total monetary value of the goods with the bank who I hear today are taking it up the company while fully refunding me. Dishonest, crooked and unprofessional.

1 star because you can’t give 0 stars. Took my money, said there was a delay I followed up about 20 times asking for a refund. I never received my order or my refund. TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered and charged, items were never dispatched, emailed several times and was assured each time that items had been dispatched. When I challenged this and informed them I’d be reporting a dispute with my bank I was told I’d receive a refund and never did. Absolute shambles and I feel like I was scammed.

Do not use this company. My order was ignored for over a month, and when I emailed them, they just replied with "it will be sent next week" numerous times with NO confirmation tracking email.
Only because I continued to email them every 5 days, did I eventually receive my order.
I will never use this company again.

They never shipped my item so I requested a refund. Still waiting 6 weeks later.

Don’t use. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Doesn’t have the stock advertise and who ever you email just keep telling you it will be sent out as soon as possible.

I ordered two vegan cheeses, they only sent one. Despite several emails promising to send the second cheese, they never did. So effectively I have paid £17 for one cheese! Don’t use this company unless you want to be let down and out of pocket.

What an awful awful company, selling products they don’t have in stock and refusing to refund when asked, absolute scam of a company

Showed they held stock of an item that was out of stock elsewhere at a decent (though not suspiciously cheap) price. For some reason I failed to review check or to look for red flags which are there in how you contact them if there is a problem - which I would normally do with companies I have not heard of before.

Turns out they held no stock and after a week said they would refund me. I received the PayPal email which normally results in receiving funds within 24 hours but a week later still no funds. PayPal emailed to say they are taking it up with the company.
Whilst I know I will get my money back due to the buyer guarantee this is all a waste of my time.

Scam site. They take your money and never ship what you ordered. I wish I checked reviews before ordering from them. I don’t believe they are a uk based company as their English is incredibly poor.
