Paid my order and told by email 3 days later that product not available.
When I asked refound - they just disappeared.
I reported everything to my bank as criminal behaviour.

Second time ordering and great experience once again. Great the first time and even better the second time. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Order was dispatched 1 week after order no communication had to chase up. Don’t waist your time

This company is a big Scam they advertise a popular product that's out of stock everywhere else online, you put in an order pay for it and then they tell you they run out of stock , stall you to try buy something else on their fake site or tell you it will be back in stock in a few days But I believe there is no stock at all Then when you push for a refund they agree you'll get one in two business days but nothing ever comes. Also noted number attached to their email+21 is Africa so that should tell you everything you need to go through bank to get refund.

Ordered over two months ago. Each time I ask for an update, they promise "it'' arrive next week." ALL LIES! Do not buy from them! They will steal your money

Vitamins UK failed to deliver my order , failed to refund and failed to communicate honestly
Yesterday 28 July 2026 they had the temerity to spam email me with fake product offers
Can't believe they are still in business
Don't even think of buying anything through them

BEWARE lists items for sale and doesnt have them in stock guy sounds indian but uses name emma to create false look that its a UK based company it is not I bought item 10 days ago told it was out of stock still waiting for refund paypal refund did not complete and their communication is appalling

Awful company to deal with.The item was shown as being in stock, but after placing my order I received an email saying it was unavailable and was asked if I wanted a refund. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund.

Be careful if you are considering doing business with this company. Based on my experience, the service has been extremely disappointing. The company currently has an overall rating of 1.6 stars, which reflects the experience I have had.

I will also be reporting this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities so they can investigate the company's business practices.

Ordered a product,never arrived. Contacted Rackhams who I ordered through had refund.
Contacted customer service of this company asking for explanation as my order was never sent,no reply!

This company are clearly fraudulent. Order placed two months ago, told it was then out of stock, refund promised, then goods were suddenly back in stock, then nothing. Attempts to reach them by phone and email are fruitless.

Please do not use this company - the experience of others only echoes the service I have received and they are taking customer's money and not fulfilling orders.

They are scamming. I wish I read reviews before place order.
Similar like other, I order and pay through PayPal. Day after got email they are out of stock and promise refund.
I contact them via email multiple times, they promise every time refund in few days, but nothing.
After 2 months, I report them to PayPal and PayPal gave me refund.

I ordered 3 weeks ago still not received. Emails to this company keep saying check mail tracker which I have done many times. They said another would be sent by end of this week but still nothing received. They asked for my address again which they should already have. I would never order from them again!!!!

My experience is absolutely negative. I did not wait for the paid order or a refund. Instead of this promise within several months. I recommend never ordering anything from this company.

So I was concerned as my order status wasn’t updated for two orders I’d placed, so I emailed them (rather worried after seeing some of the reviews here ) but to their credit they responded immediately assuring me both my orders would be dispatched shortly and the correspondence was good back and forth and today I am happy to say they have arrived so I think the delivery time is a bit longer than advertised but my order arrived and now I am happy.

My experience with vitaminsuk.com is terrible, the staff doesn't understand what I'm writing to them, they don't have any products, but they take your money and you have to wait over a week for a refund, which you have to write about three times. It's a nightmare, I don't recommend this store, it's a waste of time and nerves.

DON'T BOTHER!!
they will only message U two days after ordering to say it's out of stock.
Won't offer you a refund will string you a long until you have to do a request through your bank to get a refund.
All email responded are from different people so you never speak to the same person in very broken English so hard to figure out what's going on.
Once you ask for a refund you just get ignored.

Vitamins uk is a fraud company that will take customers money but never send thiere order then they will make excuses that they run out of the items you ordered and they will keep telling you for few weeks that they will send your order but that will be just waste of time because they just lie and make you wait until you give up on your money . I have reported them to the police and soon they will be brought to justice

This is a scam company. I paid two months ago, and they still haven't shipped the goods, keeping saying "next week, next week." They've sent about 30 emails, each telling me to wait, but they've never given me a tracking number. Don't fall for it! It's a scam!
