You watch the stupid constant adds and never get your free bullets or whatever they’re called. Scam!!

Just about had enough now. Tik tok adverts appearing along with all the other ads this is just ridiculous. VM will fail as too many people sick of so many adverts that last longer than a game.
SORT IT OUT VM ELSE WE WILL ALL LEAVE. YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY AS DELIBERATELY YOU KEAVE NO PLACE TO GO SO WE HAVE TO USE OUR RESHUFFLE POINTS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Now 4 times - the game stops working when I get a decent number of wins. This last time I would haver reached 62 wins if I could get the game to work on my mobile. I have done all 'they' suggested such as clearing the cache. They ask for a screen shot but there's no point as all I see is the green background and 'Vita'. Otherwise they just do not respond. I wish I could tell all their advertisers that, on principle, I would never respond to their ads.

It is a scam. It tell you when arrive at 500 you can withdraw. It is a fraud because at 499.5 the games close and need to restart. Just a fraud. Not waste your time.

Avoid Vita Mojo if you’re seeking reliability!

We’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Vita Mojo, whose software has consistently failed to deliver on its promises.

Key issues include:
Frequent system crashes and payment failures, even on high-speed dedicated internet lines (300 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload).

Poor backend functionality, requiring toggling between outdated systems for basic reporting.

Lack of a proper mobile app for tracking sales and performance, despite assurances to the contrary.

Support Failures
The support process has been slow and ineffective, with response times measured in days rather than hours. In just two months, we’ve sent over 200 emails documenting unresolved issues and delays.

Unfulfilled Promises
Contractual assurances, such as a 7% increase in average transaction value across 20% of transactions, have not materialised. Instead, the system has caused significant revenue losses due to operational failures.

Sales Process
The initial sales pitch set unrealistic expectations about the product’s capabilities. Follow-up support from Customer Success lacked continuity, and concerns raised with the Sales Director were not addressed.

A Difficult Experience
While the product is marketed as a premium offering (£500 per month per site), its performance has been far below other systems we’ve used. Thankfully, we included a 12-month break clause, but the stress and disruption caused to our business cannot be understated.

I'm now 3 months after the end of the contract (given notice following contract terms) and I'm still receiving monthly invoices. I emailed them multiple times, finally got a "everything was sorted" email, and I'm still getting invoices in. Ridiculous.

Worst customer experience when need to update something critical that affect sales.. it's truly unbelievable.

The only thing better than their software is their team. Every member of their team is helpful, knowledgable and is willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Keep up the good work guys.
