Yash Kandal is a fraudster . Ordered a dress for £54!! it was nothing like the one advertised. No information given on website or anywhere else as to where to send back , so I sent it back to the warehouse it came from. Been trying for 4 months to get a refund and after no reply to to get a tel no or something to call. there isn t anything.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star
Ordered a pair of shoes which took weeks to come, they sent the wrong size.
After emailing numerous times they just stopped emailing back

Similar story to every other review here. Ordered a dress for my grandfathers funeral with guaranteed 8-10 day delivery so should have arrived in plenty of time. Arrived a week after the funeral. What received was not only not the dress I ordered but some hideous previously worn and stained item instead. Had an initial response with an apology and asked for photos to verify it wasn’t the correct dress. Promptly sent the photos and asked for a refund. Have since sent 4 emails to ‘Yash’ with no reply. Complete scammers

Avoid this company at all costs! They are purely scamming people. I would consider myself as a careful buyer, however, I have well & truly been scammed at a cost of almost £52. I bought 2 pairs of shoes that were not as described. I have contacted the company 6 times over the previous 6 weeks for a refund. On the odd occasion, somebody called Yash responded to my emails, but we are still no further on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scam scam scam. I ordered two pairs of shoes spent nearly £55 after discount. They arrived from China about 3 weeks later. They were clearly not what I ordered, I wouldn’t even keep the cheap poor quality shoes for free. Wrote to them asking for a refund. Got an email from scamming Yash Kandpal. Was apologetic, acknowledged that the shoes were of very poor quality and said he’ll be back in touch with refund details. I wrote to him another 3 times and he did not respond. Wish I’d read the reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. I will be pursuing this further.

Awful experience. My order arrived after 3 weeks of waiting. I had no need to even try the items on as the event I needed them for had already past. There is reasonably late and then there is extremely unreasonable late. It is not the customers fault for the delays. Its not the fault of the customer for the companies choice in shipping methods.

They have said that I need to cover the cost for return, which is shocking. But then customer services don't respond to me now. They havent even provided the return authorisation email. They have basically stolen my money. Over £100. This company is a scam. If you have issues then you won't be getting your money back. In their original response they said, if I would like to avoid the hassle of sending the items back then them will offer me a 15% refund???? What is that? It's definitely a scamming company. DONT USE. also the materials look very cheap

Vitanga.shop is misleading buyers. After ordering from April, i had to be chasing up my order for weeks. When they finammy came 3 weeks later. They are small. You will never get what you order. They send the items small. When you complain to them, they expect you to send them back at your cost. This is scam. The shipment comes from China but yet they have a USA address. PLEASE, PLEASE avoid buying from Vitanga.shop if you do not want to be disappointed.

Placed an order on the 17th of April nearly a month ago now. Order hasn't even arrived and no one has bothered replying to my emails or messages on the contact form on the website. I genuinely don't even think this is a real shop. Had to contact my bank for a refund. Avoid
