Ordered, but too many “extras” added on, not wanted

Was ok apart from offering loads of stuff I didn’t want and I can’t see if it’s a subscription because i don’t want to subscribe

⭐ Very Disappointing – Trust Lost

The product looked good, and I was initially happy to give it a try. I provided my email address to receive a 10% discount and went ahead with a payment of £17.99.

However, immediately after this payment, the company attempted to take a further £35.98 from my account!

Thankfully, my bank declined the transaction.

I contacted the company by email, and they explained that the additional charge was a subscription fee. They assured me that no further payments would be taken.

I have kept their email as evidence, but I will also be contacting my bank to block any future payments from this company.

What should have been a simple purchase has left me feeling disappointed and misled.

It’s such a shame because the product itself looked promising, but experiences like this completely destroy your trust in a company.

A lesson learned: Always read the reviews before making a purchase!

It was easy to order, easy to refuse other purchases that were advertised. Cannot comment on delivery as just ordered.

All the add ons…… just want 1 bottle and obviously if they work then I will be buying for some of my friends

Read a post on Facebook about this product Vitaslimex and clicked the link to have a look, I was very sceptical and saved the link to show a friend, when I clicked on the link again it was the exact same article but with a different product ~ GLP5 GLT, I clicked off the link and back on the link again and the article had completely disappeared ~ now I’m totally convinced it is a SCAM!! Please beware

I ORDERED ONE BOTTLE OF VITASLIMEX TABLETS @ £36.65. ON CHECKING MY BANK ACCOUNT THE SAME EVENING I NOTICED A SECOND AMOUNT HAD BEEN CHARGED @73.30. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THAT EVENING TO QUESTION THE SECOND CHARGE, TO BE TOLD THAT THE ORDER HAD REQUESTED 3 BOTTLES, THE SECOND CHARGE BEING FOR THE TWO EXTRA BOTTLES.
I POINTED OUT THAT I HAD ONLY REQUESTED ONE, SO I CANCELLED THE COMPLETE ORDER AS ADVISED EARLIER BY MY BANK. I WAS TOLD THE ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN DESPATCHED SO COULDN'T BE CANCELLED.
I POINTED OUT I HAD ONLY ORDERED LATE THAT EVENING SO IT COULDN'T POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN PROCCESSED THAT QUICKLY. I FOLLOWED UP WITH AN EMAIL CANCELLATION AT 9:47 PM THAT EVENING OF 28TH. NEXT MORNING I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT THE PRODUCT HAD BEEN DESPATCHED AT 4:54AM ON THE 29TH, SIX HOURS AFTER I HAD BEEN TOLD IT HAD ALREADY LEFT.
FOLLOWING A SERIOUSLY WORDED COMPLAIN THE RESPONSE WAS THAT I COULD KEEP THEM WITH A 25% DISCOUNT OR RETURN THE PARCEL BACK TO HOLLAND AT MY EXPENSE.
THE GOODS WERE RECEIVED ON THE 5TH OCTOBER AND WERE DESPATCHED BACK TO HOLLAND WITH THE COMPLETED PAPERWORK ON THE 6TH OCT AT MY EXPENSE.
MY MISTAKE WAS TO PAY BY DEBIT CARD, UNFORTUNATELY AN OPEN INVITATION TO TAKE MONEY WITHOUT ANY RECRIMINATION AND THIS COMPANY TOOK THAT OPPORTUNITY.
I WILL FIND OUT THE OUTCOME WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS BUT MY ADVICE IS, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD ON FACEBOOK, IT PROBABLY IS, AND ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD, AND LASTLY DO NOT TRUST VITASLIMAX ONE INCH AS A COMPANY.

Prices were misleading.
Paid via PayPal and it showed cost of £59.95 but at the final checkout it was £71.95!
I then had to go through about five other windows trying to sell me additional meds to work alongside Vitaslimex. I refused them all but others may feel pressured into buying them.

Too many offers for other products. It has put me off this capsule now, if it is as good as they say why do you need all the things they are trying to sell you

Easy to order. Wait and see what the results will be
