Scam company do not use!

No one to contact you can’t cancel anything, they keep taking money!

These companies need stopping

Scammers.
Set you up on monthly recurring orders, even when you’ve just bought five months worth.
Won’t reply to emails.
Worst company I’ve ever bought from.

Do NOT use this company . They are scammers! Ordered something a month ago which I have still not received and noe they've just taken off more money for a subscription that I never consented to! Impossible to get hold of them and you cannot cancel the subscription as this page is never available !!! I will have both transactions reversed by my bank. These people are fraudsters and thieves! Please buy your items elsewhere. These people need to be put out of business!

Order made mid February didn’t receive the products . Got a email saying the product was on its way on the 2nd of march did not receive anything. Then they took another payment out on the 19th of march even though I cancelled the subscription on the 10th they said that it was too later to cancel the order as it had been processed. So they have now took two payments out. I have not received a single item . Avoid at all costs .

Avoid there's plenty of suppliers out there, don't risk this one. No product sent, there is only a "ghost" customer service that responds instantly with a ticket number then nothing. Reported to Facebook and now claiming my money back via my credit card provider.

EDIT: order turned up after one month, I was then charged again for a second order having been signed up to a subscription I knew nothing about. My bank approved a charge back which has now has finally got a reaction from Vitawell querying it so they do react to some things having ignored numerous messages from me, locking me out of my Shop account and bouncing back emails as undelivered. Make sure you also read Byvitawell feedback which is all the same as my experience.

Terrible, took my money and never sent my product. I emailed multiple times with no resolve, they just dont care. Please do not buy from them you will be out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
Absolutely disgusting.

Do not trust this company. If you order product from Vitawell (FB advert in particular) you will lose your money and not receive the product you ordered. You receive a legit looking email confirming your order but it's from byvitawell. If you try and cancel, the page link is broken and you may lose funds from your account for a subscription you didn't sign up for. I've lost money because I was fooled. Check out byvitawell on Trustpilot for reviews by all the customers who have been scammed.

This company sucks. Do not order anything from them. Vitawell aka byvitawell is Fraudulent!!!! I have never received my vitamin product that I first ordered on February 13, 26. Tracking stated being shipped, over and over again. I then tried to cancel but their subscription management site kept coming up as "URL down". Also, sent several emails with no answers regarding where was my product.
Than money was again taken out of my account this March for a subscription with Vitawell that I knew nothing about as I had marked one-time charge with my original order. I have filed a dispute with my bank and hopefully this will be resolved.

They have ordered more in my behalf taking money directly from my account.
So not trust!
They first trade as Vitawell, once you've bought something in the terms and conditions you are charged again in a month on a subscription.
This then changes company name from Vitawell to ByBitawell, these are the same scam companies.
Do not buy anything from Vitawell

Buyer beware of the subscription trap. Half the website doesn’t work. Nowhere on the site to cancel. No response from support.

Ordered product from vitewell and still not received after nearly a month they responded to 1 email blaming courier and now not responding at all
