Very disappointed with my experience.
I placed my order on November 3rd and only received the parcel on December 4th — more than one month of waiting.
The package was delivered in Morocco through AMANA, which is unfortunately one of the worst and least reliable local delivery companies.
Additionally, your team did not declare the item as a medical device, even though it was a therapeutic compression garment.
Because of this, I was forced to pay almost 70% of the product’s value in customs duties and additional fees, which is completely unacceptable for a medical item.
Ordering from Morocco turned out to be a very bad experience, and I will not be ordering from your website again.

I purchased a back brace. In the past, I bought a similar brace at a pharmacy for the modest price of $590! Here on Vitego, I found it for $250, half the price. This is because it is a brace produced in Germany. The fact is, I had it shipped to America via DHL (their standard shipping), and it arrived in less than two weeks. It was delivered on the West Coast, so quite far away. I am very happy because this brace is also the new model, and everything went perfectly. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. Everything went smoothly for me. They also offer insurance for the package, so I generally don’t see where the risk would be.
