Very helpful support.
They helped me with my order of accessories to my encoder during the sale.
Quick help and we solved the problem fast

The product is good and does what it's supposed to. However, there's a few annoying bugs with the app, for example you lose your whole ongoing workout if you leave the app for too long (can be as little as 5minutes).

Customer service is very poor. Contacted them several weeks ago about an issue, but still haven't heard anything.

I love the product and the support I recieved.

I'm liking a lot to use the vitruve device but i think u can upgrade with the implementation of the time of the lift on the app

The device is amazing but the app keeps crashing on my phone. I loose all the data from current session

I have been using the device for over a year. As I pro athlete I need to track my performance and pay attention to detail.
I get to travel a lot, so having a easy to carry and light device is mandatory.
The app is super smooth at use, even if I might use 20% of all the data available.
Last but not least, the live "voice-feedback" is F*ing amazing for both MOTIVATION and performance.
I can't work out without it no more.
A must have for ANY athlete looking to improve their performance.

Perfect product

Great Device!

I've been using the device for my personal training as well as in the clinic for rehab purposes. The data collection is excellent. Very easy to use. Support is great about getting quick answers back to you as well.

Would give 4.5 stars. Minor improvement to timer function but overall, and certainly at the price, hard to complain about anything. Useful tool for large groups/teams. Easy to implement velocity zones to trigger certain training adaptations. Can get more in depth when working with small groups or 1-on-1 with use of individual force velocity profiles.

Awesome product! I wish we had more for our college and pro athletes down here in Athletic Republic Boca Raton - FL.

This product has been the best investment I have made in my training. The VBT has elevated my training and is working extremely well with my coach and his programming. The only fault I have is that it measures my 1RM to be lower than the number I have just lifted, but since we don’t rely on that data I’m not too worried. It has been good for my training numbers cos it is objective data, not the subjective data that RPE was for me. Definitely would recommend this product

With Vitruve, I can finally have objective data to support my coaching & program design.

Vitruve is a great product at a competitive price. It has great functionalities such as the "beep feature" for Velocity Loss, 1RM estimation and it makes training a much better experience.

I also often work with athletes through remote coaching and I've already suggested the product to many of them: being able to see objective data as overlay on video is a GAME CHANGER.

Since I started using the product, I honestly can't see how I could go back to designing training programs and coaching without Vitruve.

My athletes are loving Vitruve as well, because it encourages a competitive environment (within themselves and against each other) through looking at real time data: they seem to be enjoying training even more, which is HUGE.

Great company with a cool product. The interface is as intuitive as any other company I have tried. Especially considering the price, you can't go wrong. I would highly recommend!

Great product and great customer service! They answered every question I had promptly and the bar velocity measurement was very user friendly. It could not be easier to read or interpret. I have priced out a few different companies and these are by far the cheapest and most accurate for the money. They also offer an excellent warranty to replace anything that gets busted, which is how I can easily sell them to the people who do my budget!

I've been using this product for a few weeks with student athletes and in a rehab setting. Overall, it has been an awesome addition. The realtime feedback, ease of setup, and versatility has been unmatched. The encoder and app come stock with movements that are clearly optimized but it can be utilized with many more. The addition of this tool has been a very positive experience so far!
