Once great experience changed into an unpleasant experience
I was enjoying everything about this machine and I didn’t have any issues with customer service until I decided to cancel my $39.00 monthly membership. My credit card was still being charged even after I cancelled my monthly membership. I’ve reached out to them to try to resolve the issues about the two months that they fraudulently charged my credit card. After I canceled my membership they changed to soft ware within my app and took away the premium workouts which is fine because it mentions that users will lose premium features after cancellation. I was only canceling my membership for a few months. This company has put a bitter taste in my mouth, because of their fraudulent actions and the lack of customer service reaching out. They use to have a way in the Vitruvian app itself to cancel membership. Now you have to do it by email. There is no customer service support number either. I reached out to Vitruvian to give them the opportunity to refund me my money and they haven’t responded. My next step is to work with my bank to resolve this issue. Vitruvian is simply being crooks while continuing to charge my credit card against my will.
