Great result, excellent experience
Seline from Vitta got me to start the journey of hair implants in Istanbul, I flew from Toronto, Canada on the way there I also visited Paris, France. So before the hair implant, I enjoyed sightseeing and tasty French food.
When I arrived in Istanbul from Paris was late at night and got picked up from Istanbul airport by a luxurious Mercedes Van. The ride took about 35 minutes to Royal Stay Hotel. It was a 5-star hotel and Seline got me the luxurious suite room with tub and shower. She recommended this Royal Stay Hotel and it was an excellent hotel and location was good as well, restaurants and mall are nearby and within walking distance.
On the second day, Vitta's driver came to the hotel and drove me to the clinic, I met up with the doctor and translator Jormard.
Jormard was very patient and explained everything in detail and helped me relax all the way. During the implant, the most painful thing was the injection of the anesthetic, i was very scared of pain but after the injection, my head was numbed and did not feel any pain during the operation. The removal of the forticle took about 3 hours and we took a lunch break. After lunch, the painful anesthetic injection was for 2nd time on the implant area but it lasted only 3 minutes, so again during implantation I felt very comfortable and I fell asleep while the doctor was working on the head. The operation ended around 7 pm and it was very successful. I flew back to Toronto directly from Istanbul and today is my 12th day after the hair implant I feel good and my hair looks great as well. Seline follows through daily to make sure I am doing fine. It is the best experience and decision I have ever made in my life and I strongly recommend anyone who needs a hair implant must not wait, call saline from Vitta. Vitta is the best!! I would like to thank Seline, Jormard and the whole team from Vitta, job well done.

Lies, mistrust, misinformation and unprofessional
I had been promised 4500 grafts after they had seen my pictures and before I flew to Turkey. However, I was only given 2500 grafts. As the doctor was too busy dealing with two people in two different rooms. On the day of the surgery I was asked £250 which I had not been told about before arriving to Turkey. The staff, doctor and their agent who dealt with me were all involved in this fraud and constant lies. I was extremely upset and nearly cancelled my surgery as I was spoken to in a loud voice by the agent trying to make me extra pay £250 which I was not told about. I was extremely upset when I got told only 2500 grafts were extracted. I then had a go all of them about their lies specifically the agent who then disappeared quietly from there. The doctor then agreed to extract some more hair from my beard. And I was told 600 were extracted afterwards. I am still not sure if that was the truth as the trust had been broken by Vitta clinic staff, doctor and their Agent.
This was my second and last hair transplant surgery. I had previously gone to a different company 6 years ago who very professional. My main reason to go there this time was to have my hair transplant in my crown area. However, the back of my head about 2 inches circle area has it been done. This was my last hair transplant surgery. I had told the doctor, agent and the staff to do a good job. However, after all that my crown area has not been done properly. And I am extremely angry and upset now.
I just hope no one decides to go to this Vitta Clinic in Turkey due to their lies and misleading information.

One of the best clinics since I start looking for doing my hair transplant and Hollywood smile. Hanan was so good in communication with me, and Hiba is just a nice and lovely person who was so helpful since day one. Mahmout our driver was an incredible guy. Joumard is a very funny translator who also helped a lots during the hair transplant procedure, Maram the translator is one of the most kindest and nicest human being. We felt home here and I totally recommend this clinic. The hotel experience wasn’t the best but overall I’m very happy with their services and affordable prices that no one else offered it. Hello. I would like to share my experience so I can help other's that are thinking of visiting Vitta Clinic. I had a hair transplant a few weeks back. It took me more than 2 months after contacting more than 25 clinics to decide which is best for me. Having a very good communication (with Hiba ) the method which I wanted to use and the price made my decision more easy. I did never regret my choice. The experience was good starting from the divers, the hotel,( I loved my room) to my translator, to the Doctor Aida ( she knows what she is doing)and her assistants.
I can't give feedback on the results as it is too early, but I feel confident that the good work is done.
