Lovely item but the delivery took much longer than I’d hoped. It would have been useful to know it would take almost 2 weeks to deliver because it was late for a birthday. However, great customer service and well worth the wait.

Took a while for delivery. Cost a lot for a belt. Received Christmas Late December. It did not work the teeth breakdown and by February 2026 it was useless for my husband. I would never order from this company again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a belt, got sent the wrong size. Good luck finding how to return an item, but somehow I found the supposed return pathway. Which is to email customer service to see if they will accept your return. 5 emails later, no response. These folks are thieves - stay away.

My husband was so pleased with his new belts! He cut the access off to make a proper length and is so happy with the fit and the ease of use. I think I will be getting these for my sons and sons in laws too! I may get one for me too from the ladies section!

The thing that convinced me is that it’s a Canadian company but when I had my tracking I saw that the belt was arriving from an airport that’s my deception came, the belt is not made in Canada but surely from Asia, that has been said. The belt is a great belt tough and looks like a great quality but knowing that it’s made in Asia, the price is to high I think this is why there’s a good warranty.

I ordered from this company because it was Canadian. It might say it is Canadian but the product ships directly from China. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and by then Christmas was over. Product was cheap and I returned it. Surprise! The website says free returns--that's a lie. I had to pay to ship it back and because the company is shady I paid for insurance too. Wallet was $60 and it cost me $25 to ship it back. Can't talk to humans only robots. Do not buy from this company!

The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because when I ordered such an expensive belt I assumed it was made in Canada, so I was disappointed to learn it was coming from China.

I purchased one for my husband for Xmas. He loves it so much especially that it can adjust in small increments and it doesn’t stretch out in regular belt holes. It truly is a lifetime belt. I purchase two for myself for my valentines present. Amazing belts. Keep up the great work Vittello

Great! Everything from the website, price, belt choices/buckle options until the purchase and shipping was a good experience.
I wish you also had more colors for the thin belts though. Perhaps burgandy/dark brown/white for the future?

The two Vitello belts arrived and I am impressed with the quality of both and the ease of use.
The only concern was the length of time for delivery. They were ordered January 19th and delivered February 4th.
The online advertisement leads you to believe they are a Canadian company but the tracking showed they were loaded on a plane and had to clear customs. They were then shipped from Mississauga.

Bought the belt to try it out. The first day I got it, I was surprised. I didn’t think I could use it for construction. It’s like it wasn’t there. No “oh my pants are loose, oh my pants are tight.” The belt made work easy and comfortable.

I got plans to get my in-laws some belts for birthdays and occasions. Amazing belts.

I was a little skeptical cuz yeah a belt advertised on Instagram, Facebook, etc. Probably some desperate small time company frothing at the mouth for a sale yet I decided why not? Give it a try? I did. And I love it! I dont have to go under or over the right length for the right fit. With this belt it clicks to my exact need and I it doesn't bunch up my gut doesn't squeeze the waistband of my pants or shorts it is the perfect fit. Looks great as well fits any outfit I would need

You must have paid people to make good reviews and filtered out the many bad experiences people have had with your company.
First off, the belts are made in China and sold to unsuspecting customers in Canada.
Second, it may take months for you to be the product yet they debit your credit card the moment you place your order.
Third, when it takes months for your order to arrive, they’ll give a litany of bogus excuses.
Fourth, because I haven’t yet received the belts I ordered, you’ll find many complaints of their poor flimsy quality.
Fifth you’ll find many complaints about their return policies. You cannot return your belt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as the most common problems are not actually covered by the so called “ if your not happy after 30 days, return for a full refund” doesn’t apply.

WTF?

So think twice before ordering a Vitelli belt. Many unhappy, out of money customers. And my theory…the more a company advertises, the worse their product is.

Excellent belt! So easy to put on with no buckle to fuss with. Highly recommend if you have arthritis or issues with your hands. If you have an ever changing belt line this is also the belt for you. No need adding extra holes cause this belt doesn't have them.

Great experience, great product. The men in my life love the belts.

Vittelo is misleading at best. Their products are neither made in Canada or shipped from Canada. I bought thinking I was supporting a Canadian company only to realize it’s a scam. My order was manufactured in and shipped from China - I typically try to avoid buying from China. I will never buy from this company again and advise others to not be fooled.
By the way their wallets are basically a VULKIT sold on Amazon for under $30 CA.

I had bought 3 belts as Christmas presents - 1 was faulty with the buckle falling off very easily without much pressure on it. It was VERY hard work dealing with the Vittelo customer representative just to get a replacement . They ended up sending me a replacement buckle (not belt, mind you) . I had to send videos of the faulty buckle a few times ( doing specific movements with the buckle as she wanted me to) to prove that it was faulty - had to splice off part of the belt and then video tape it using the buckle to prove to her the buckle was really faulty, then she wanted MORE videos doing other specific movements with the buckle , however enough was enough and they finally sent me a replacement buckle ( not even a belt) . This whole experience was VERY exhausting. I was going to buy many more as gifts for a future celebration however that definitely won’t be happening.

The belt quality and buckle mechanism are great. Be careful on sizing though. I generally am a size women 16/18 and this belt just fit. I was expecting a more generous size
