A scam
Friends bought my husband and me a Vivabox hotel/gourmand experience as a wedding present in 2022. Since then, each year I have spent hours trying to book a few days at one of their hotels with no success. As soon as Vivabox is mentioned, the hotel is suddenly full or even closed. I have complained to Vivabox to no effect. During the 3 years I have had the Vivabox I must have tried 20 different establishments over a wide range of dates, but the response is always the same. My friends, husband and I are extremely disappointed at the waste of money and time Vivabox has caused us. There appears to be no mechanism for redress but any advice would be welcome. Vivabox seems to have been taken over by Wonderbox but I would think the same problems will arise. In my opinion, the whole setup is a scam. Follow-up: I have been invited to edit my review after noting the response from the sellers. I will not change a word. They have suddenly become helpful and reasonable! Too little, too late, though. If only they had offered to help in this way after my previous communications with them, which either went unanswered or offered no help at all.
