My cat princess fifi and I have been so happy with our box every month, the treats are good quality, the toys are the best you can buy, my kitty loves wand toys and toys she can kick around, seeing her joy every month makes me happy to buy these boxes for her thank you for your excellent service.

Ignorant customer service and that put me off

Once I got a dog box when I was registered for a cat. When contacted customer services the initial reaction was to produce evidence instead of offering options to address the issue (that could include a request of a photo or so).
It upsets me when we pay in the beginning of the month and get the parcel in he end and sometimes not even then.
When I contacted customer services and asked to suspend the service (because the website doesn’t have the option) I was denied first attempt as I would be breaching contract because had 2 more months and I had to pay for those. My view their were breaching contract too as they failed to produce the parcel in due time more than once. I just felt the customer service was ignorant on how they deal with customers so I didn’t bother to invest on a discussion on it.
Eventually my subscription was cancelled.
Also the items in the hamper were more of the same.
Unfortunately for them as my cat has a good presence on social media and they could have benefited from it.

Amazing kitty fun!

Wanted something fun for my kitten so decided to opt for a monthly box, vivacats was the one that attracted me the most and I am so glad I subscribed! My 10 month old absolutely loved opening the box with me and ate the tuna soup within 2 minutes of opening! Such a lovely idea and service!

If I could give them nothing, I would. I have asked them to stop and refund my subscriptions. I have refused the boxes and sent them back. You get nothing worth anything form this company. total bunch of scammers.

This I'd my 2nd box and its rubbish, all items can be found for under £8 anywhere.
1st promotional box was as bad.
Terrible cancellation process please do not be tempted read the reviews. Please .
I would love to have added photos of the rubbish received and the cardboard box, wood shavings and cardboard that I have to dispose of.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Dodgy company with incredibly bad support and a product worth half of what they charge for it (that's being generous!!!). Don't think you can have a trial box and cancel it - they don't want you to!

Signed up on March 19th
First box arrives on March 29th
I send instruction to cancel via email on March 29th as box is crap and not worth £20
I get email on April 1st stating that they are taking payment and shipping my next box.
I sent follow-up email on April 1st asking to cancel
I messaged them on FB messenger on April 1st trying to get a response. At this point I have used every possible contact method as there are no other correspondence methods available.

I get a response on April 2nd via FB messenger telling me to be patient as they have too many emails to respond to and could I tell them the email address I used to contact them from. They get a response from me within minutes.
"Dear Adam,

Thank you so much for your response.
At this time of the month we have lots of emails (more than 400, to be honest) and we are trying to give you all a response as soon as possible.
We are very sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for your patience.

Would you please let me know the email address from which you have contacted us so that we can give priority to your request?

Thank you in advance and best regards"

My next communication from them is on April 8th to tell me this:
"Dear Adam,

Thank you for your messages.

It makes us very sad that you don't want to receive boxes anymore... In fact, our ultimate goal is to make you and your cat happy. We are sorry that we didn't achieve it.

Your subscription is now cancelled and the last box you will receive is the April box.

This is so because, as stated in our website and terms of use, cancellations and pauses must be advised before the 26th of the previous month. Thus, to cancel for April you should have let us know before the 26th of March.

We are sorry for the inconveniences.

Thank you very much for trusting us and we hope to have you here again soon. We are very sorry to lose you as a customer.

Kind regards"

In the meantime I cancelled my credit card as it was the only way to stop them billing me again considering the lack of communication. The trial may sound appealing, but according to their way of thinking you have a minimum of two boxes because they don't dispatch until after you have the opportunity to cancel.

Personally, I will still be declining the delivery, disputing the charge with my credit card provider and pointing out UK consumer law and distance selling regulations. I will not be paying £20 for what I could purchase at a local shop for about £5-7.

I got a trial box for £6- company billed me £40 unauthorised. Avoid.

I got a trial box for £6. I have to say I am disappointed. The box is 5 times the size it needs to be, not ecomonimical to ship fresh air. The products inside were a v small tin of food, pack of dreamies like treats, vacuum packed mackerel, ball/felt toy and a fragile laser pointer. I would not ever pay full price for this.

I would recommend going to the pound shop and recreating without spending £10+ on this.

EDIT:

To add to this, the company have also taken two payments of £20 (once in April and once in May) that I did not authorise. I have not received any products and their customer service is non-responsive.

I need a refund and at this point have no way to get one.

I would avoid this company, scam.

Only buy if promotion.

I first go this box with the promotion that the first box was £5 (roughly) and that was fine, my cat liked it and I would say it was worth the £5, however when I went to cancel my subscription as I didn't think it would be worth £20, I couldn't really understand the cancellation process (which was my fault in the end up but I think they could have made it easier to follow, and find!)

In the end up I had to get the second box because I cancelled too late (yet again, not companies fault). So that arrived and I was disappointed to see that it contained some of the things I received last month. The box never came with the information leaflet that it came with the first month and I checked the overall cost of everything in the box which came out to be £13, which is clearly less than the £20 subscription fee.

I would only but this box if the first month was heavily discounted. Highly recommend not buying this at full price as it scams you out of money

I like the concept

I like the concept, the service and the idea that your cats will always have something new every week whether its toys or snacks.
I did notice some positive change in my cats, they are more playful, less fighting and more occupied.

My cat's enjoy their box every month

My cat's enjoy their box every month, I can't give a five though because I get quite a lot of one thing sometimes which doesn't get eaten or used for example all the furball treat tubs, got too many pots of them and the sticky sheet things. But overall it's been good.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! Terrible company. The boxes are not value for money and would be cheaper buying everything yourself. Customer service is also very bad, they don't respond to emails and refuse to let you cancel your subscription.
