Unfortunately they are highly uncomfortable, they are hurting the toes where they are extremely narrow. I think there must be plenty of paid reviews because due to the hype I had really high expectations. I couldn’t wear them for more than 2 hours. Very sad because they truly look comfy

Everything! Love the VIVAIA Audrey Round-Toe Embroidered Slip on flats. They are so comfortable and the selection of colors and whimsical characters really grabbed my attention. I now have three pairs and looking to purchase more.

I have purchased three pairs of shoes from Vivaia. The first pair fit perfect, the second pair had to be returned because it was too big even though it was the same size as the previous pair. The third pair was again a perfect fit! The selection of styles and colors are a great draw to this company. Also, I have washed my shoes as instructed and they came out like brand new.

Vivaia shoes are “Oh, so comfortable”! I cannot say that about many shoes due to arthritis in my feet. There are great styles to choose from, and they fit the foot well. I recommend Vivaia!

I ordered a pair of Navy walking boots, which shipped promptly and were well packed and in excellent condition upon arrival. The boots are so comfortable, so comfortable. They slip on easily and the boots have proven as comfortable after 12,000+ steps as at the beginning of the day. I have a wide foot so ordered a half size larger and the boots fit perfectly. Now it is only a question of how soon I shall order another pair.

Contacting Vivaia customer service twice in the past year I found they responded at speed with really sensible comments. Not only that but they sent a video to illustrate their advice clearly showing how to resolve the issue.
Without exception their shoes are remarkably comfortable whilst maintenance is easy.
In store staff are patient and helpful without being pushy and pressuring customers to buy. They have obviously been well trained and it shows.

A lot to pay for a boot that is unusable after 6 weeks. The Urban Boot has stretched to the point that my foot moves forward and walking is painful. The footbed is great, but the upper material is far too stretchy

Very comfortable shoes and sizing good, quick delivery and good updates on dates etc.

I am 70 years old and still very active. My problem though is, I easily get tired and suffer from cramps and sore feet due to uncomfortable shoes. Around 3 weeks ago,
I bought a pair of sneakers and a pair of flat black shoes to wear with my dresses.
Been using them alternately on daily basis. Am glad Vavaia shoes solved my problem. I am happy and satified. I plan to buy more pairs and sneakers for my husband.

Of course the shoes are a revolutionary product: comfortable shoes that hide my awful bunion and also look good? Unheard of! THAT is what Vivaia is doing well.

Vivaia shoes are very comfortable, specially if you have bunions,. Their shoes are very stylish, I have bought around 8 pairs so far and I'm very happy with all of them.

Vivaia is very good to work with especially for returns. I purchased a pair of boots and they did not fit well. They helped me with and exchange for another size.

Ok, so, I have been on a quest to find the perfect flat for me. I have bought and returned so many shoes in search of the perfect flats and I think I have finally found them. From the moment I tried the shoes on, they felt just right! The shoes are very comfortable! The insole has a good amount of cushion and it provides good support for my feet. The shoes can get a little warm, which is not bad during winter, but might be a little too sweaty during summer, but either way, it is not a deal breaker for me. The size of the shoe is just right for me although the toe area is slightly narrow but not uncomfortable or painful, and I have gotten used to it after a week. It does not hurt/rub the heel or other areas and it is actually helping reduce my bunions, which my other flats were creating, and I’m really happy about that. The soles have good grip and I feel comfortable wearing them on wet surfaces without worrying about slipping. Others have commented about how comfortable the shoes look, and it is true, the shoes are very comfortable and they fit me just right. I’m so happy to finally have found the right shoe for me and I already plan on getting other colors. I recommend to others!
