I've purchased 3 pairs of shoes and boots from Vivaia and have been thrilled with all of them. I have hard-to-fit feet because of an old injury plus rheumatoid arthritis, and these shoes are perfect. They fit well, give me the support I need, and they are very comfortable. And they're super cute, too.
Had to exchange the first pair, and the customer service and quick shipping were amazing.

First time purchaser and very happy with my shoes and my experience! I love the blush Ciara’s - so comfortable and adorable! The pair I ordered were a bit large for me (recommend sizing half size down) and I thought the process to return/exchange would be cumbersome but it was made so simple! I initiated the exchange and received my new pair in less than a week and mailed the original pair back free of charge. Exceptional customer service - easy communication. Cannot wait to order a second pair from them!

Great selection of footwear (I have bunions and hammer toes). Customer service is the best (rapid filling of orders and shipping, shoes packaged extremely well and return policy is like no other (very quick with returns and refunds)

The designs of all their shoes are out of this world. I want them all!! Plus they are all so soft and comfortable even the ones with high heels. I always receive compliments when i wear them. The only bad thing is that they are expensive.

I was sceptical. I really don't like ordering shoes online. My feet are weird 😜. However when I got my new shoes I even waited weeks to actually wear them. I really do love them. They fit well and are comfortable. It surprised me joyfully. I purchased a pair of the margot square toed Mary janes in almond mesh. I felt like a princess when I wore them Saturday. The recycling of all materials is important to me so VIVAIA are top of my list - the comfort, quality and choice are first class - I frequently read the fitting advice and reviews as sometimes it’s necessary to size up a half size ( on the pointed shape toe ) I love the fact that I can wash them so light colours are definitely back in my wardrobe.
I have three different colours of the smart pointed toe bow loafers in size 42( I’m a UK 7.5/8) and also MANY colours of the pointed toe ballet flats, they are comfy to walk in for hours and look great too - going to try the satin sneakers next !
The only ones that didn’t work for me were the slingback heels - the strap was just too stretchy so they did not feel secure on my feet and flopped around even though the size was spot on.

I bought 4 pairs already with Vivaia, different styles and still the same unique best comfort their footwear provide, truly highly recommended!

I bought two pairs of flat shoes and was super excited when they arrived. The size seemed to fit perfectly and at first was very comfortable, and I could really understand what all the reviews are about. The next day I wore them to the office and by the end of the day, my heels were bleeding. I was disappointed that this had happened as the reviews promised comfort.

The shoes are absolutely beautiful and seem to be of good quality. I just got them recently and haven't worn them a lot of times yet, but am hoping they last a while particularly after washing them.

I have never found shoes that are so comfortable and fashionable all in one. I started with the Margot and now have 3 pairs of them. I then bought the Allday sneakers and am in love. Going back for another color. I also have the Pamela sandals and it’s not a surprise that they live up to the Vivaia standards of comfort and fashion. I highly recommend these shoes. I am one happy customer. They have become my first pick in shoe shopping.

I received partial order only. When I contacted their customer service, they want me to send a photo of the part I received and the photo of the shipping label. In the end, the rep said that he will forward my case to the related team for further review and resolution. I am not sure that they will finally send me my other item, but the service is really bad. Will not buy anymore and do not recommend.

I have 5 pairs of Vivaia shoes and will be buying more. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I have a bunion on one foot and it never hurts when I’m wearing Vivaia shoes, even if I wear them all day. The huge variety of styles and colors makes it hard to choose what to buy but that’s a good problem. I highly recommend these shoes to you.

Since I bought my first pair of vivaia shoes which I still love and wear I’ve found many more beautiful styles boots and heals and the gorgeous sneakerinas I can’t find any other brands that can compare in comfort and elegance and prettiness and sassyness!!! Love them all
