Horrible horrible horrible!

Horrible horrible horrible!
I wouldn’t even give 1 star.
I order some face Maske in February. Till today (22.04.2020), it has not been delivered.
Initially I received a link to track my order. Through the link, I could see that the packet it being sent from China via Hongkong via Netherlands and finally reached Frankfurt (end of February).
Since then there is no update. I have contacted the customer service multiple times but without any use. Everytime, they just send the same link to track the order. When I click on the link it shows that the order is in Frankfurt.
I have requested to return my money, still the customer service sends the link.
I believe the packet is lost but they don’t want to take responsibility and they don’t want to give the money back. They are just hoping that I give up trying.
