I ordered an item that sadly broke after a week however the store owner very quickly responded and remediated the situation by replacing the broken item at no charge. The jewelry is beautiful and only broke due to soft material and a non-seating locking mechanism but this appears to be an outlier. I would recommend others purchase some of the great items for sale with Vivamacity! If you have any issues, they will gladly resolve them.

My husband ordered me a pair of earrings for Christmas that are too heavy. They refuse to compensate me or let me return them. This is straight up fraud! We are out almost $300 dollars.

For starters, my order arrived so quickly and was packaged so well! I got the Amélie watch, and I love how beautiful the watch box and certificate are, I can tell care and thoughtfulness went into every aspect of the design. The watch itself is so gorgeous too! Looks exactly like the website photos and has a decent weight that definitely attests to the quality of the materials. I am so pleased with my purchase!

Then 2 days later they do a 35% sale.

Buyer beware for Canadians. This website is not transparent about tariffs incurred when buying products. The shipper WILL charge you a tariff. Nowhere on their website do they mention this and emails about it went unanswered. They are deliberately skirting the issue in order to make more sales. Save yourself the hassle and buy Canadian. Shame on me for purchasing this product.

The online site is easy to navigate. The products are exactly as pictured with great quality and it gets delivered quickly.

I purchased the original Zoro single earrings. First of all, shipping was so fast. I ordered on a Friday and my package arrived by Monday (US based). The quality is awesome. I have two lobe piercings that are extremely sensitive to low quality earrings. Anytime I wear anything that isn't gold, silver, or surgical steel, my ears become inflamed and irritated as soon as I put the earrings on. That being said, I was able to wear the Zoro earrings without a single issue. They are on the heavier side for what I'm used to in earrings, but I absolutely loved them. The only thing I didn't love was that it has the vivamacity logo engraved on the back of the earring and it's noticeable to me but no one is really going to be staring at the back of my earrings. The logo isn't noticeable enough while wearing to bother me that much. Otherwise, I am so happy with my purchase!

Great buying experience from Vivamacity. Their customer service is top of the chart. I contacted them due to a broken earrings during transit and mistakenly got the wrong ring instead of the one I ordered. They immidiately sent another package to replace, unfortunately the 2nd package was somehow tampered with before I got my hands on. They were willing to sent a 3rd package and this time shipping was lightning fast, I got my correct order finally. Their earrings and ring are great quality, I got a lot of compliments wearing them. Highly recommend buying from Vivamacity.

High quality Gold earrings for Zoro! I love the scarlet red Sterling Silver for Kurapika! Fast shipping and I feel great wearing them to channel the pirate king's right hand and Kurta Clan's scarlet eyes!

I love this online jewelry store! I bought 4 rings for both myself (I live on Oahu, Hawaii) and my best friend who lives in Las Vegas. I paid full price for the first set of rings back on January 26,2025. And it was worth it. This is the first set of Howl moving castle rings that doesn’t affect my skin, cause a reaction or turn green. I love both of the rings I got because they fit me!

Then I bought a 2nd set on Friday of last week, February 07,2025 and it came in on Monday for me in Hawaii & on Sunday for my bestfriend Nerilyn on Sunday.

My bestfriend Nerilyn, loves her set of rings. Since i bought it a week apart I admit for both our sets. She needed a bigger size so I bought her both a size 8 & 9 ring small in the same silver style. While I bought 1 chunky gold vermil and 1 smaller sterling silver Howls moving castle ring

Also, SHIPPING WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! I literally bought my 1set of rings and it took 2-3days to get to both my address & my best friends in Vegas. BOTH RINGS CAME IN ON THE SAME DAY.

Also, this week I ordered a 2nd set of rings for both me and my bestie and SHIPPING LABELS WERE CREATED WITHIN 2 HOURS OF ME ORDERING THE RINGS!!!! 🥰❤️❤️❤️

I got the anime bundle over Christmas because I wanted the Tanjiro earrings and my son wanted the Zoro and Howl earrings. I fell in love with the Zoro earring though, too, it was so beautifully done! I decided to order myself both the original and katana versions of the Zoro triple as well as the singles of each so I could wear even at the office. The are beautiful, high quality. I am very, very happy with this purchase!

The presentation in the high quality jewelry boxes, an included jewelry polishing cloth, and a hand written thank you note was incredible. It makes it feel like a very personal and personable interaction, which is rare to come by with an online transaction, even from artisan marketplaces.

I left reviews for both purchases I made from Vivamacity and was very happy to see that they took the time to acknowledge and respond to my reviews as well.

I will absolutely be continuing to purchase from this company, not only for their fantastic anime inspired jewelry, but for other unique and high quality pieces I have come across. In a world where fast (and cheap) fashion reigns, I love that their business model is based on providing high quality pieces at an affordable price. I would much rather pay a little more for high quality pieces that will last for a lifetime rather than cheap pieces that will tarnish or break within a year.
