Crap qualify boots that were touted as "AUTHAPEDIC" and expensive 2! They fell apart after 10 uses! 😱🤬 I am totally LIVID!!!

If you value even £1 of your own cash, AVOID this scam company like the plague.
There are simply no adequate words to convey how deceptive this company really is.
It may advertise London, but it is 100% Chinese. Fake goods, Probably AI messages.
I will never see my money again snd I would hate you to suffer the same fate.

I ordered two pairs of men’s cowboys boots. One pair a size 10 and one pair a size 14. It took weeks and weeks for the order to arrive. No communication with the company when I tried. The one number has now been deactivated on the website too. When the boots eventually arrived they sent a size 9 and a size 11?! So neither pairs were any good and cannot get hold of anyone regarding a refund. Terrible terrible company. Never use.

If I could put no stars I would!I ordered a coat that was very delayed and wasn't delivered in the time frame. The company apologised for this and admitted their wrong doing. I had to purchase a coat from another company and therefore required to send the vivano one back. I have had to pay nearly £30 to send back and have been told I won't get the return fee back!!this company are awful and are very unreliable
Update: they have refused to answer questions that trading standards have gave me and have stopped responding to emails!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Branding implies a London-based retailer. Only after purchase did I discover that returns must be sent to China at the customer’s expense — this was not clearly disclosed at checkout.

When I requested a return for size, I was met with delays, requests for photos, and then offered a partial refund to avoid returning the item.

Had the true return location been made clear upfront, I would not have purchased. Not transparent. Would not recommend.

Should have looked here before purchasing. Bought boots, website says UK experience but sells us sizes. So when the wrong size turns up. Plus the colour is awful, you can't return it! At the moment I'm in a battle as spent a lot of money!! I don't know what to do at this point. They are fraudulent and going against my consumer rights of return!

They operate as a UK based seller, but are trading from China. I ordered a pair of UK size 5 boots. The boots I received were not the material described, neither were they the correct size. When I asked for details to return them, I was asked for photographs of the item, and then informed that I could take 15% refund and keep the items or return to an address in China at my own cost. They accused me of making the mistake, stating that 'size 5 is an EU 36' on checking the website it appears they have now altered the size chart, as it is completely different from the chart I screenshot at the time of purchase. On top of this I received strange emails reassuring me my product was on the way, with no way of properly tracking. Steer clear.

This is a horrible company that doesn’t deserve want any returns and if you persist they have all sorts of questions and delays getting back to you and returns have to go to china at customers expense. So this is a negative 0 review. I have never had this kind of problem with returns for any company! If you are in the US please don’t order from them! Also the return fee to China is a fortune!

Do not use this company. Took ages to arrive, absolutely awful quality certainly not cashmere wrong size with no labels no doubt come from China so can’t send back! Do not use this company!

If there is anything less that ZERO, this company deserves it, Its a fradulent company with faceless people that sell lowest quality, substandard product using fake pictures. They collect your money, send their face product and cant refund your money. I will get the regulated agency look into their matter

Ordered a size 11 mens boots and waited ages for them to arrive and when they cone they actually only fit a size 8, contacted company who i originally thought were in london not in China and they told me they are correct size and I cant get a refund, avoid this scam company like the plague

I received counterfeit goods, cheap plastic inferior extremely bad copy of something that was supposed to be genuine leather and also looked totally different from the photos on the website. DO NOT BUY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This is chinese cheap materials its not in london or designer clothing it does make out it is a london designer company had me fooled over 2 wks for delivery definitely avoid came wrapped in about 10 layers of carrier bags probably 2 rolls of tape

Awful scam company which i thought from new was based in uk. Ordered boots which looked quality on site. Ordered 3rd Jan turned up today 21st jan totally different boots from ones order poor quality chinese shit. Doubt be able to get money back because when you email them they fob you off and suppose i would have to return them to china never again name doesnt mean there in london. Crap chinese rubbish.

Ordered a cashmere jumper from Vivano thinking it was based in London. Big mistake its based in China. Jumper took two weeks to arrive and l was amazed at the size of the parcel. It was screw up to be no larger than a bag of sugar. Remember this is a cashmere jumper. Unpacked the miles of sellotape and plastic . The jumper was very badly creased and fade marks all over it. No size or washing instructions label in the jumper which leads me to believe it is not cashmere.At the moment trying to send back and get a refund.DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY .

I placed an order back in November and had email sent saying that order didn’t go through- so order again to then find out that that had taken two payments. Contacted immediately to cancel 1 order and was told to wait and once received I could return. Once I received both pairs of boots I contacted to say they were actually unacceptable due to being substandard material and are completely different to the product they show on line. They have refused to pay for postage to return even tho I have sent proof of emails and photos of the shoddy product.
I would never use again or recommend to anyone. I will now be contacting trading standards

Can’t comment on quality as never used. Ordered pre Xmas (c10 days before Xmas Eve) not quite make it in time for Xmas (turned up 1st wk of Jan) product turned out to be too small (purchased scarf) wanted to return. The return policy is a nightmare… I’m still yet to get it completed. The whole things just seems a tad amateurish

Total scam company. I ordered a cashmere sweater, when it arrived it is 100% acrylic and very bad quality with fraying seams. I have complained and asked for a refund,their website states if the item is incorrect the return postage is free, but they are refusing and asking me to pay for a tracked return to China!! This is obviously a huge scam, and just designed to take your money. AVOID!!

Ordered a Cashmere scarf. Took 3 weeks to arrive.
Quality is rubbish so thin. Not even Cashmere but silk and cheap silk at that.
I won’t even bother trying to return after reading the reviews.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Learn from my mistake.

Placed order for size 48 shoes but they sent size 44. As per their return policy, errors Vivano make they say they will pay for return postage. But no! All my attempts to get a FREE POSTAGE return label have failed. They started by offering 15% refund if I keep the shoes, then increased this to 30% after I complained. Then 50% refund. Even when I quoted their own return policy to them, they just insisted that I pay return postage to China.

I'm now taking this to UK trading standards.
