I bought two dresses. The dresses are the length of a top. The manufacturing is ghastly. There is no way to wear this dress as intended. Total scam!

The Goods as advertised were Boss Orthopedic Sneakers . What was received was just a Joke - A complete scam . Unwearable , unusable , just rubbish . Its a disgrace that Google allow them to go into people's feeds- Thieves basically as the Goods are not made by Boss and the Product is Junk

My wife bought me a top as a present which turned out to be a size too small. After 4 attempts to get an exchange, they have ignored us. Their refund *policy* is worthless.

What a disgrace. Tried to return the product but absolutely no response from the company despite stating they have a refund policy. Steer clear of the this company as their product and customer service is appalling. 1 out of 10

Still waiting for my order and it’s been almost whole month. They respond to emails with “there’s been a surge of orders sorry for the delay” but still no update on it being shipped.

This stuff is absolute rubbish. Bought a pair of shoes from Netherlands website. My finger could go through the sole, they stink of chemicals so badly they’re in a sealed plastic bag outside. They came wrapped in bubble wrap, no box, no tags , nothing. Came directly from Shenzhen in China. Gold Star Garbage

Terrible customer service would stay well away. Bought a pair of pants and when they arrived they were way too small (sizing isn’t correct) . When asking to send them back for a refund I kept getting a response saying we are happy for you to keep item and we’ll refund you 30% to help save on environmental impacts. 5 emails later they said they were forwarding my refund to their team leader to organise the refund . 3 weeks later still haven’t been contacted for the refund and am getting no response from countless emails asking for an update. Item also looks cheap and nothing like the item advertised . SCAM ALERT DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SITE!!
