Be extremely careful with these people

Be extremely careful with these people. They are as arrogant as they are incompetent at their job. They make costly mistakes you will have to pay for. There is no recourse. Complain and they will jut tell you they are right. A bloated monopoly you cannot escape. Document everything.

This company is beyond incompetent

This company is beyond incompetent. I moved to Brussels and within the first week filled out the necessary form re: water supply. I then kept getting emails from Vivaqua asking me to fill out the form that I already had. Then, finally, I spoke to someone on the phone. She saidd all the necessary paperwork would be with me in the post within a week. Nothing came. Repeated attempts to contact the company have elicited nothing. Can someone please transfer the work of this company to someone who has a least a moderate idea of what they're doing? I have never encountered such a completely incompetent shambolic mess as this.

6 months to get an adress changed, 6 months so far... ongoing.

6 months to get an adres updated, every time you call they don't really know the status, tell you they make an intern case to move things faster, with that promise 'someone will call you in the next days' and every time we have to call back ourselves, just to repeat this same conversation piling up case numbers. this started in november, they once came by to check the meter numbers but we are now in april moving towards may and still a simple thing like updating an adres is not fixed, a public service, tax money well spent.

Vivaqua the monopoly that abuses clients

Since mid September 2023, we have been asking the water company (Vivaqua) to resolve the pressure issue. Apparently, work was done on the road that cause a burst pipe on the street, they came and fixed the issue on the street. However, we suffered the water pressure problem.
We called the company and they came showed me how the pressure works and what it should be, removing the counter and placing his meter he showed that its ok, everything its fine. The issue is the pressure valve that is on the client side and which was placed by the water softener company.
We called the water softener company, they came and checked and everything was fine, replacing the filters and troubleshooting. They said its the water company Vivaqua! So now we are in the ping-pong mode. Asking the water company, the person would not take responsibility and insisted it the water softener company, and we are the ONLY ones complaining. As client to this monopoly of the water company, we could do nothing but to call an independent plumber. He came and verified that the water counter that is of Vivaqua is at fault, as the counter does not turn and probably some debris has gotten stuck causing the water pressure issue. The plumber also advised to take a photo of the counter on the day he came and the day after. If no change call Vivaqua.
We emailed Vivaqua over the weekend and today end of October, we find that they argue the fact that its not them, its us. They threat us to pay for the displacement if its not them, and had to sign a form to that fact. In the form we added that, if its their fault they should compensate since 3 weeks of suffering dribbling shower by us, a disabled person and a child would be the least. They refused, clearly their fault.
Hence, writing this review for the one and only water company who can abuse you as you need water.
