Not best first impression- we can work on it

Update nov. 8th
I received my order after not hearing a thing by email. That’s also why I couldn’t send the company my order number - cause I didn’t have it. I know I gave the right email cause it was used to register my parcel. Having two company names didn’t make it less confusing and making me worried if I bought from a scam site. The fact that no one picked up the phone (after 30 min wait) was also not great.

Anyway, nice products, looks like the picture, well packed, birds loves the peanutbutter.

All I can say I’m sorry it took long to get it, not being able to communicate and scare me for a scam.

Keep removing honest negative reviews. Dishonest business.

I left one star review because Vivara.se took payment for goods that arrived a month late with no responses to any of the customer service channels. No reply or update via social media, their phone lines were switched off, there was no response to any emails. The good eventually arrived over a month late with no communication and some items missing. Now they have the audacity to report my review to Trustpilot saying I reviewed the wrong business. Wrong. My review is most definitely for vivara.se. Even further shady tactics. It's sad because I used to order regularly and I've spent a ridiculous amount of money with vivara.se over the years. Trying to remove negative reviews instead of dealing with the very real problems is not doing them any more favours.

very bad customer support

Very very bad company!!! They don't deliver as they promised on the website. In the other confirmation is said a delivery date and i didnt get the goods. By phone this company is no longer available for customer support and on emails they react very very slowly!!

Because of not the promised delivery times i cancelled my order directly and received a confirmation on 16th May with refund and creditnota.

No they sent me again a faktura for paying!!! I never received anything, didn't signed for it and directly cancelled my order and have a confirmation by email. They are still not available for any support by phone.

People should be warned for this company, this is just some kind of fraud here!!! Also it's not according the regulations and rules by EU law.

Its a shame that companies like this do this kinda things. So i will take all nessecary legal steps against them!!!

Looking at the order this was cancelled during the time of our new system being implemented which was causing us a few teething issues. I am very sorry this order was then still shipped and attempted delivery - Totally our mistake.

As for the contact number, in May we decided to take the phone number offline as most customers prefer to contact us via email but rest assured we have a team who will respond to your request as a matter of urgency.

Generally great service and products

Quality products but a little disappointed that Vivara now take 150kr for delivery even with large order. Other wise great service.
