Excellent service I used this company from lanzarote Airport to Costa Teguise would highly recommend.

I have used this company’s services many times ,in both Fuerteventura and Lanzarote ,over the past few years.
Unlike another ,more widely advertised , transfer company, they’ve never let me down,and are always waiting at arrivals.It my be just luck but,I’ve never had to share a taxi (which is usually a shuttle van).
They charge about the same as the local taxis do,the advantage is you don’t have to join a taxi queue on arrival at the airport.
I highly recommend this company .

If you are in any doubt about booking a transfer please read this review as this company is outstanding and their customer service is fantastic. My friend and I used this company in Tenerife last month and she left her purse on the minibus with all our money in! I rang and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The driver located the purse and arranged to come back to our hotel to drop it off. Thank you so much for your honesty - first class customer service.

We ordered a minivan for 8 pax from Tenerife South to Las Vistas Beach, just to get to the hotel as smoothly as possible.

Additionally, we ordered one extra stop in same town (at extra fee) and a baby seat. Total price was 64,88 EUR.

After landing in the airport (on time), we were routed to the Taxi stop (instead of private transfer), where a rude taxi driver started to scream that extra stop should cost us extra. No baby seat was provided!!

All the way to the hotel Taxi driver whined that he would only get 25 EUR for this trip from Viva Transfers, while taxi meter showed 27 EUR (hinting that we should pay him extra). He did not even want to hear that this was not our problem and that we have indeed paid 65 EUR to Viva Transfers.

I don't recommend to use Viva Transfers - just pick up occasional taxi at the airport by yourself and you will get exactly the same service but 2x сheaper.

We primarily booked with Viva Transfers instead of our travelling agency because we didn't wanted to wait for all the other guests in the airport before the bus could drive off (we were travelling with two small kids/babies, so convenience is gold). However, the pick was not ready when we came out from baggage claim and after some phone calls back and forth we found a guy from company but then we waited another 20 minutes for the actual taxi to arrive. It was like all the work of planning the pick up ahead was for nothing. So, 30 minutes after the baggage claim we finally left the airport. When we arrived in the hotel lobby, the other passengers from our flight who had taken the bus as well as those who just got in the general line for taxis in the airport were already there..

Besides all this, the baby seat that we ordered for our 0 year old daugther was not a rear facing one (as we were told during the online booking flow), the child seat that we ordered for our 2 year old was just a clip on the regular seat belt on a regular chair (i.e. There was no child seat!). On the transfer back to the airport, there were two child seats (still no rear facing baby seat as ordered) and the condition and adjustability of the seats were extremely poor.

All in all I wish we hadn't pre-booked anything with Viva Transfers and next time we will probably try another company or simply just find a taxi when we arrive.

I’ve used viva transfer’s numerous times but this is the first time where I’ve been unhappy. We arranged a return trip from Tenerife airport to Costa Adeje which is around a 20min trip one way.

Going out was ok. We had to go to a window to notify our arrival after which they took us outside to wait for a taxi. They are the normal airport taxi which we’re cutting in line for. We had to wait 10/15 mins as there were 3 other couple before us.

However pick up was a awful as they were an hour late. We had to ring twice and on the 3rd call (they rang us) they promised someone was on the way. Viva blamed it on being busy, however this is a poor excuse when you’re an hour late and we’re not far from the airport with our hotel being central. We watched lots of taxis arriving from the airport so it was frustrating we had to wait so long for 2 adults to be collected.

Would use them again, maybe in Tenerife for 1 way. They were also late picked up our friends at the same hotel, this time 20mins.

My advice is to ensure you leave plenty of time to get to the hotel incase this happens to you.

I posted what I thought to be an honest review of our experience with Viva - transfers Gran Canaria, 7-14 March 2023, under the heading of “ can’t recommend this company”. We booked a mini van at the advice of the company to transfer 2 Adults, 2 suitcases, 1 set of golf clubs. What arrived at the airport was a saloon car with a lady driver, who called on a colleague to load the luggage into the boot/trunk. When we arrived at our accommodation, the lady driver gripped the golf club travel bag at the wrong end ripping the travel bag, for which she apologised and left. We immediately emailed the company to report the incident, we received a reply from Gloria Garcia who said she would investigate and reply. The response was that the lady driver reported no incident took place. She offered us 10% off our next booking as a gift which we declined. We were then offered a partial refund between what we paid and what we should have paid for the appropriate vehicle, which was €16.99 approx. On our return journey, we were supplied with a 21 seater coach which was occupied by the driver, the 2 of us, 2 suitcases and 1 set of golf clubs. Given our experience, once again, I would caution against using this company ,who seem to disregard their “100% refund if you are not completely satisfied”. Sorry to be so long winded, but I think it important to highlight positive and negative experiences.

Asked for refund/compensation. Refused and told complaint was made more than 2wks after returned home.

Sabrina very helpful reorganising the transfer as we were delayed 1.5 hours in Lanzarote airport due to baggage handlers stike. Kept in touch by e mail and what’s App me to ensure the driver came back to pick us up.

We used viva transfers for our trip to Tenerife- both from and to the airport from our accommodation. I cannot fault them at all! Our flight was delayed by hours, and viva transfers got in touch with us via WhatsApp- we simply went to a desk at the airport and they put us straight in a taxi no problems at all. So glad we used them as the queue for a taxi in Tenerife was massive! Can’t fault them they’re fab, and extremely responsive. Couldn’t be happier with the service and I’ll definitely use them every time- cost the same as getting a regular taxi in Tenerife too :)

Use Viva transfers twice for myself and my husband as we travelled on different days. Both times the friendly driver was waiting us. Will definitely use again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a car with a baby seat but the driver came without it, so I couldn't use their service. When I requested for a refund they denied, claiming that even though they didn't have a baby seat, the problem was my luggage, for which I offered to transport them with another car, as long as the driver could provide with a baby seat. They are definitely a fraud. And their costumer service is awful as well.

Excellent company. Used them for airport pick up and drop off in Gran Canaria (to go to Puerto Rico).
Pick up both ends were on time, car was lovely and clean and drivers were happy people and very helpful

They diurnal up to take us back to the airport.They said it was the wrong address but they left us there a week earlier. I spoke withe hotel manager and there was o problem with the address had been there on from the 1970s.Then they changed their mind and it was because we weren't their in ti.e but we were there 25 mins early. Wouldn't give us a refund for the return journey wouldn't use again.

Used last time in Tenerife and no one there to meet us and was a bit of hassle trying to get in contact. Gave them another chance this time and all was smooth. Went to a unit in arrivals as directed and the lady took us to a normal taxi to take us to our hotel. On return a minibus turned up and took us back also with out any issues. Will use again on next trip as good prices.

We were not picked up at the airport on time and that had to be sorted out by another driver working for the company. Worse still …, we were not picked up on time from our accommodation to return to the airport. 40 minutes late…. 3 phone calls to chase !!! Appalling service - would not recommend.

I arrived yesterday to Fuerteventura and our driver Jose was waiting for us as arranged and took us to Corralejo. I left my wallet in the cab which contained money and passports so I rang the company and they dropped them back off at hotel 2 hours later.
Fantastic service, will use them again.

Would really urge anyone thinking of using this company with young children not to go near them. In mini bus now to airport and paid extra for car seats for our toddler and baby seat and the two seats are ridiculously unsafe. The buckle on the baby seat between her legs has totally come away so she's effectively not strapped in. Other seat cover won't stay on and both very very loose in seat and also around body. Company should not be allowed to transport kids.

Flight was 40 minutes late and was worried that the transfer wouldn't be there....it was!....really nice lady waiting to take us to Corralejo.
