I cannot recommend Viva Transfers highly enough. They honoured our Airport transfer from last August cancelled due to Covid. There Drivers are polite and very helpful, punctual and the mini bus used for our party of 6 was air conditioned and comfortable.

I have used Viva several times now & wouldn't use anyone else. Twice recently I have had my flights changed at very short notice & they have amended my booking instantly, without complaint or extra charge. They are smart, professional (vehicles are first class), punctual & reliable. They take all the worry away from organising transfers at a great price. I would recommend them anyone!

Used Viva transfers on the last 2 trips to Los Cristianos. Always on time, reliable with clean cars and professional, courteous drivers and staff. Recently had to cancel trips due to coronavirus, but on each occasion they have honoured my booking and transferred the payment to my next trip. Cant recommend this company enough, will continue to use

We want to say a huge thank you for arranging all the changes to our journeys over the last year! Our holiday has been cancelled and rebooked, and hotel changed several times due to covid 19 and you have accommodated each change brilliantly, and acknowledged each change immediately, which has given us great confidence in these uncertain times.
We hope to return to Fuerteventura as soon as we are allowed to travel again, and shall definitely be giving you a call.

We have used this company several times now over the past few years and cannot praise them highly enough.
The transport is always spacious, very clean and well-organised. Especially during Covid-19, the sanitizing regulations were followed very carefully. The drivers are polite, helpful and punctual.
For all of this, we would thoroughly recommend Viva Transfers. Also their price is always hard to beat.

We have used Viva Transfers 3 times now for our return transfers from the Airport to wherever we are staying in the Costa Adeje area . They are always waiting for us in the nominated location when we arrive and are always on time for our pick up back to the airport when our holiday is ending . We had to amend our recent booking but it was no trouble at all and Miguel was very helpful and answered our e mails promptly
I can highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again when we return to Tenerife .

We had arranged for vivatransfers. Com to pick up 5ad & 3ch from TFS to our hotel, the driver was at the airport upon our arrival, he was courteous and loaded the cases into a nice big Mercedes wagon. He wasnt speedy gonzalos either, exactly the same for the return leg. Perfect job. Our family would highly recommend this buisness. 10/10. Mucho gracias.

Used Vivatransfers for our airports transfers when we visited Tenerife this month. They were easy to arrange, professional and very competitively priced. Covid restrictions taken seriously and our driver was polite. I cannot fault the service or price. Would definitely use again.

Arranged return journey from Fuerteventura to hotel in Corralejo. All correspondence was excellent. Arrived to a lady in arrivals hall with a Viva transfers card. Followed her to a Merc mini bus . All Covid protocols were followed. Only the two of us so had the bus to ourselves. Return journey was exactly the same. Ordered pick up at 08:20.. and they turned up at 08:15.

We had to cancel like many others due to Covid and the company just didn't have the funds to refund, which is understandable during these times. We were offered a credit for a future booking so when we re-booked our lost holiday to a future date, Viva Transfers were happy to transfer our booking to the new dates.
Excellent customer service and Miguel was extremely helpful and friendly.
Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

I've used Viva Transfers several times when visiting Lanzarote, exceptional service and much cheaper than a taxi. I'm planning to book again when I visit Gran Canaria. Spot on service.

Do not use this company they will just steal your money!!!.
I booked a transfer on the basis terms and conditions state that if you cancel with 48 hours notice they would refund.
I have cancelled over 3 weeks before the transfer due date and asked for a refund.
I was told in they would not refund my money and that they would go bust if they did.
I am owed a refund of 103 Euro.
**BEWARE** This company do not abide by their terms and conditions.
No integrity or honesty despite me being reasonable with them.
The have not had any outgoings or costs due to me cancelling well in advance yet they will not refund my money despite clearly saying in their published terms and conditions that all cancellations before 48 hours would receive a full refund.
Do not trust them.
Please ensure you do not give them your money.
This company is a disgrace.

This is my review as promised from yesterday: Booked transfer on the basis terms and conditions state that if you cancel with 48 hours notice they would refund. Cancelled over a week before transfer due and asked for a refund. Told in no uncertain terms they would not refund and that they would go bust if they did refund my 73 Euro. **BEWARE** Company of no substance if 73 Euro would break them (how can you rely on such a company...???), no integrity or honesty despite me being reasonable with them, given they have not had any outgoings or costs due to me cancelling well in advance yet will not refund me despite clearly saying so in their published terms and condition. Do not trust them. Please ensure you view other review sites as well with members with the same experience. Very poor and stressful

I am very disappointed and frustrated with this Company’s poor customer service and total lack of communication regarding a cancelled booking. Due to the recent Coronavirus my flight to Tenerife was cancelled. As this was more than 48 hrs prior to my transfer I cancelled using the instructions on their website and therefore should receive a full refund. Two weeks later, despite multiple emails, I have not received any response or money refunded. At this worrying time this should have been resolved quickly. This is such a shame as we have previous used this company and the pickups were well organised.

Update - I sent email as per Viva Transfer comments below and still have not received any response or refund.

We were in Fuertaventura during the corona virus, the communication from this company was excellent!!
Every email and phone call was promptly answered.
We have used this company several times and will continue to do so.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
They have always arrived on time, the drivers have always been polite and good drivers making us feel safe and the vehicles have always been in very good condition.

We used Viva for our airport transfer to and from Corralejo in Fuertaventura. I highly recommend this company, they provided a reliable and prompt service and the drivers drove safely. The car was pristine, a Mercedes, which is better than we have at home. Lol

So impressed with Viva transfers that would like to recommend this company. Was collected and returned to Gran Canaria airport by friendly professional drivers in very smart cars - a Mercedes and a Jaguar! Will definitely use Viva Transfers again!

Would like to say a massive thank you to both your drivers and the team that transferred my wife and myself to Corralejo from the airport and return. Both on time with no fuss, especially the lady that collected us from arena beach who helped get the airport assistance when we got to the airport.

used them to take me back to the Airport from playa Blanca they were very good on time nice clean mini bus for just 2 of us and the driver was very informative on the route

First and last time!
Booked Tenerife South to Playa De Las Americas.
No show on my arrival and they told me that they would be 1/2 hour late. I jumped in taxi instead.
On return trip they were 22 minutes late - always excuses.
Wish I had read reviews before booking, Cost me a lot in phone calls to find out why they didn't turn up.
My advice would be do not use.
