Dear Kyle,

We are genuinely sorry to read about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to pause your decorator’s work.

For clarity, your order was delivered on 15 December 2025, and we did not receive notification of any issue until recently. Our policy asks customers to report concerns within 5 days of delivery so that we can assess and resolve matters promptly and effectively. We couldn't break this rule, as it is not fair for the other customers.

However, in order to help you to solve your actual problems, our service department had a meeting together to discuss this special case. After reviewing the photos provided, the visible threads appear to be minor edge fraying typical of woven canvas material. This can sometimes occur during trimming and is normally resolved with careful finishing before installation. It does not indicate a structural defect in the mural itself.

That said, we take all feedback seriously. We have responded to you directly by email and remain open to discussing the matter further to find a constructive solution. As a goodwill gesture, we have also offered a 20% discount on a future order.

We are committed to maintaining high quality standards and continuously improving our products and service.
