Over billed / scam

I has a procedure done on sept 8th of 2017. I took out two loans. One from Care Credit for $6000. And the other from HC Financial for $2000. Both contracts stated on them when the loans would be paid off being if I paid the minimum due with no missed payments. Sometime between 2018-2019 HC Financial was bought out by Vive Financial Exactly on sept 9th of 2019 my $6000.loan from
Care Credit was paid off like it stayed it would. Why am I still paying on $2000. loan I got from Vive Financial and it 2022? I feel they started my loan over when they bought HC Financial. This is not right and no one with the company is willing to help figure this out or help me. I have to hire a attorney at this point. I cannot let them get away with this

Hi - sorry to hear about your experience but you have accused the wrong company. We are a small New Zealand company that specialises in Insurance advice. We don't have any affilliation with the companies or services you have mentioned - it sounds American/ Canadian.
