Ask for the recruiter supervisor’s phone number for follow up.
There is no standard for experience or proficiency in the recruiters that are allowed to contact you. They do not read your profile to learn about what you are looking for and flood you with emails or text messages with contracts that are NEVER a match. I have had the app for a year or so and have not been able to find a contract with it yet, I may be deleting it soon.

Bad Agent
I was offered a contract and 5days to response from Tamika with TRA and she gave me two days a resent my offer then closed our conversation. After that I never heard from her again despite asking how come my offer was pulled.

I have used Vivian for the last few years for finding travel contracts. It shows me a broader view than what a single agency has to offer. I can see all states, all facilities and agencies that can get me the offer. I also like that they have VIP for nurses that return to Vivian and give bonuses accordingly.

The 2nd recruiter I worked with got me a contract right away and then negotiated a better deal specific to the location I was going to. He communicated regularly and didn't leave me in the dark during the process.

Medical Technologist search
I liked the opportunities sent to me. Daily reminders of new amd current opportunities was nice
I did not care for opportunities that were out of my career such as Radiology, CT, Nursing, physician types of jobs where my career title is pretty clear. The other negative once I found a job and accepted but did not want to add info to resume the jobs did.not stop. There should be a pause or stop choice without having to Uninstaller the app.
